We left from Ft. Collins on the bus to the Cache la Poudre River Canyon to go whitewater rafting for the first time...what a blast.
They gathered us up to talk about how to raft and all the emergency situations...good thing Dad listened cause mom flew out of th raft.!
Even though the age requirement was 7...we slipped Hadley (age 5) in. We figured out quickly why the age requirement was 7.
On to the mountains...we drove our way up Old Fall River Road...a one way road that was narrow and often VERY close to the edge...a very intense drive for some of us. Stopped to see Chasm Falls...with 30 foot drops.

We made it to the Alpine Visitor Center...elevation 11,798 feet...with extraordinary views.

 Fun on the Farm
The kids loved riding in the back of the pickup truck ...until we got out to the fields and they were scarred of the bulls. | All but Avery ducking to be safer... and pounding on the window to sit inside.
