FC: Avery's Class Geography Adventure
Avery is in third grade and loves to learn new things each and every day. Her class is going on a field trip tomorrow to explore the five themes of geography.

Their next stop of the five themes of geography was human/environmental interactions. Human/environmental interactions are when humans adapt, modify, or depend on the environment. People adapt to the environment by wearing the appropriate clothing for the weather conditions. People modify the environment by heating and cooling buildings for comfort. People depend on vehicles, buses, etc. for transportation. Avery's class all gathered up on a bus for their field trip.
The next stop was Region. Region is an area in terms of the government, language, or possibly the land form or situation. Every student on the bus could talk English, only a few new Spanish language.
The next stop of the five themes of geography was place. Place is an area that is defined with everything in it. Avery's classmates finally arrived at the children's museum. The Cmoe Museum was identified as the place.
Their next stop of the five themes of geography was movement. Movement is the travel from place to place and communication. Avery's class walked on foot to each stop in the museum. When they finished visiting all the places set up in the children's museum, they finally loaded back onto the bus then arrived back at school.
