18: There were 40,000 boy scouts in Washington, D.C. for the weekend. They were everywhere. They were getting ready for a parade but we didn't wait for it because it was 101o outside. We heard that many of the scouts fainted from the heat. On Monday they headed south for their Jamboree. On the way home we had some big thunderstorms that finally broke the heat.
