4: A quick flight from Dublin put us in London in no time. Our three London days were spent touring Royal London, the Tower of London, and the streets of London at night. | We also shopped the streets of Portobello Market, saw the musical Billy Elliot, and visited Chelsea Stadium. | London, UK
6: Three days in Paris did not seem enough. The Seine River cruise topped off our trip full of amazing food, art, and shopping. Staying in Montmartre added to our love for the City of Lights.

8: Barcelona, Spain
10: Swiss Alps After the hot sun in Barcelona, hiking in the Alps was just what we needed. The Valley Hostel in Lauterbrunnen was the perfect location for our mountain adventure.
12: Florence, Italy | Florence enchanted us with old world charm, history, and gelato. We toured the Duomo and the Basicalla, shopped in the many open air markets, and enjoyed evenings in the main square with the locals.
14: Milan, Italy | We toured the cathedral, the arcade, and the castle all in one whirlwind afternoon!

17: Touring Vatican City was a moving and spiritual experience. | The Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Cathedral held awe inspiring sights.
18: Discovering Ancient Rome
19: Venice is a city best described as "elegant decay." We were in awe of the ornate building and the wandering canals and streets. St. Mark's Square was a fantastic place to unwind and savor the sounds of local musicians. | Venice, Italy
21: Munich, Germany Friendly locals, awesome beer, beautiful city= perfection.
22: Salzburg, Austria
23: Bavaria ended up one of our favorite regions in Europe. While in Salzburg, we visited the von Trapp villa, visited a local brewery, and toured the old town and castle. We were fortunate to have lodging at the Precious Blood Seminary.
24: Vienna, Austria A stop filled with amazing coffee, a visit to the Freud Museum, and a tour of the Hapsburg splendor.
25: Budapest, Hungary | Day trip to the famous Turkish Baths and a glimpse into the beauty of Eastern Europe.
26: Prague, Czech Republic | The city of a thousand spires wowed us with its colorful streets, romantic castle, and rich history. Whether wandering the Charles Bridge, stumbling upon the Lennon wall, or celebrating our anniversary, Prague did not disappoint.
28: Berlin, Germany
29: Our hostel in East Berlin was close to the East Side Gallery and the alternative scene. | We toured the Pergamon Museum, walked the Wall, hit the famous tourist spots, and admired the ultra modern buildings.
30: Amsterdam, Netherlands
31: Our two days were spent enjoying our hostel boat, the Anna Marie II, riding bikes to the Van Gogh Museum, and exploring the best Amsterdam had to offer-canals,the Red Light District, and local coffee shops. Nate's childhood dream was fulfilled when we took in the Ajax/Chelsea football game!
32: Nearing the end! Brussels was a strange mix of old world and modern. We toured the city in one day, dodging rain showers as we visited the most elegant castle of our trip, ate lunch in the park, and toured the EU section of the city. | Brussels, Belgium
