2: Hero's Journey Elements Part 1 | After Mr. Incredible is fired from his job he finds an invitation to come to an island to do a task that he doesn't know about. He is told that he will be payed three times his old salary and he agrees to take the challenge because he wants to remember what it feels like to be a real superhero again. The biggest helper to Mr. Incredible is Edna Moad. She re-patches his old suit after he rips it fighting the first robot. Then she makes him and his family a whole new suit that helps them do everything that they need to save the world. Mr. Incredible's other helpers would be his family because they come and save him when he is in trouble. Two more helpers for Mr. Incredible would be his friend Frozone who stays by his side the whole movie and the babysitter who watches over the littlest child, Jack Jack, while the family is away.
3: Hero's Journey Elements Part 2 | To cross the threshold Mr. Incredible travels in a jet to a remote Island that is home to a volcano. The island is a very high tech place that is surrounded by a huge rain forest that is dark and mysterious. This is different from where Mr. Incredible lives because he lives in the suburbs in a nice house and this is the exact opposite of the suburbs. As soon as Mr. Incredible arrives he is confronted by a giant robot that, after a huge battle, he defeats by making it destroy itself. Mr. Incredible then returns home and comes back to the island where there is an even bigger robot that catches him by surprise and captures him. Syndrome thinks that Mr. Incredible is dead but he actually escaped. After snooping around he is captured again and his family arrives and saves him, but they are a little to late because the robot had already been sent to America to cause havoc.
5: Hero's Journey Elements Part 3 | The supreme task that Mr. Incredible has to face is defeating Syndrome and his enormous robot. Mr. Incredible and his family travel back home to fight the giant robot and along the way they meet up with an old friend, Frozone. After a huge battle and alot of destruction they eventually destroy the robot by firing one of its arms at it. After everything that the supers did the people decide that the supers are actually a good thing and allow them to come out of hiding. This is a huge reward for the supers because it was hard for them to stay in hiding and being able to be who they really are is something that they missed.
