1: Macbeth | Macbeth was a very courageous general. HE was a brave soldier and powerful man.
2: Hail, Macbeth hail... | Macbeth met with three witches. His desire of power over powered him. His ambition to become king corrupts him causing him to murder Duncan.
3: He is easily tempted into murder to fulfill his ambitions to the throne, and once he commits his first crime and is crowned King of Scotland, he embarks on further atrocities with increasing ease | "SO FOUL AND FAIR A DAY I HAVE NOT SEEN"
4: "STARS HIDE YOUR FIRES LET NOT LIGHT SEE MY BLACK AND DEEP DESIRES"
5: "AWAY, AND MOCK THE TIME WITH FAIREST SHOW. FALSE FACE MUST HIDE WHAT FALSE HEART DOTH KNOW" | Macbeth is never comfortable in his role as a criminal
6: Lady Macbeth | Macbeth's wife. she is a very ambitious woman lusts for power and position. at the beginning of the play she appears to be very strong as she urges her husband to kill Duncan and own the crown. Lady Macbeth falls victim to guilt and madness to a greater degree than her husband. Everything that she has done effects her greatly and she commits suicide. | Lady Macbeth manipulates her husband by questioning his manhood, wishes that she herself could be “unsexed.
7: lady Macbeth motivates Macbeth to kill | "Look like the innocent flower, But be the serpent under it".
8: His response to every problem is violence and murder | Everything he does, all the killing is for power and for him not to loose the throne or anything that he desires.
9: 3 Apparitions | First, a armed head warns him to beware Macduff
10: Then a bloody child appears and tells him that “none of woman born shall harm Macbeth | The Bloody Child
11: child wearing a crown and holding a tree | The child promised Macbeth victory until Burnam wood moved to Dunsinane
12: The witches don't even like him anymore they try to make him over confident.
13: He thinks that no one will harm him and he has nothing to worry about.
14: Macbeth gets whats coming to him in the end | Macbeth gets killed by Macduff
15: Macbeth was a hero to start with, but once he made the decision to kill Duncan. By the end of the play he becomes repulsive that his death becomes a powerful relief.
