11: Same goes to boys when they are 3 and 5 years old, it’s traditional to wear Japanese attire.
13: Shrines celebrate festivals to show kami the outside world, each festival celebrates a harvest each season of a holiday. There is an annual festival each person built a little shrine and then travel with it through the parish. Also the New Year festival it’s the best liked were people go visit shrines. Then there is adults’ day, spring festival, festival of dolls, equinox day, Labor Thanksgiving Day, 7-5-3 festival.
