FC: Bo Digity weight loss plan
1: Bo Digitys nutrition plan will consist of plenty of water all the time. As well as fresh vegetables such as broccoli and spinach. For dinner his main dish will be fresh fish with rice and black beans. Breakfast will consist of plenty of yogurt and a slice of toast.
2: Monday: on Monday morning he walks for thirty minuets and then goes to his local pool to swim for an hour.Then that night he will walk a mile and then go to bed Tuesday: On Tuesday morning he goes to a gym and lifts weights for an hour. Then at night he swims laps in the pool till 9:00
3: Wednesday: On Wednesday morning he walks for an hour. Later that day he rides his bike around the neighbor hood. That night he exercises using a medicine ball. Thursday: Thursday morning he walks for an hour and that night swims in a pool. Friday cheat day. Saturday/Sunday: His choice of work out combination.
4: Monday: he is going to have a strawberries for breakfast . then for lunch chicken sandwich and a water. then for dinner a glass of milk and fish and broccoli and black beans. Tuesday: breakfast toast with a banana. at lunch he has a quarter chicken with rice and a glass of water and corn. dinner he has broiled chicken with spinach and rice Wednesday he has a fresh pineapple and a glass of water then for lunch he has chicken and broccoli at dinner a fish and black beans Thursday he has waffle with peanut butter and bananas. for lunch he has a chicken sandwich with rice then for dinner he has beef Stu and whole wheat bread and a glass of milk.
5: on Friday he has pancakes with sugar. then for lunch he has a cheese burger with a Dr.pepper at dinner he has a large stake with a vanilla shake. Saturday his choice Sunday his choice
6: Each day Bo digity does have to go to work. He therefore must work around his day since he is a teacher he goes to work at 7:30 every morning. But he will still walk for thirty minuets to an hour every morning. Since he works at an elementary school he has time to walk around the school and playground during gym and recess. And at night he swims until 9:00 for two hours till he goes to bed
7: Other exercises include weight lifting and yoga on the week ends to stretch out his joints and become more active so slowly and surely he resorts to jogging and tennis. On the weekends he will also have his choice of food to eat as long as it is a health choice combined with a smart work out every day. we want his cloric intake to be 2000 calories a day. with balanced meals and workouts will balance it out.
