1: Happy 30th Birthday Chantal! May this day mark the beginning of a new adventure for you. It has been said that what distinguishes those of us at the starting line from those of us on the couch is that we learn through running to take what the days gives us, what our body will allow us, and what our will can tolerate. Funny thing is that even before you became a runner Chantal, you were always open-minded and accepting of things the way they are instead of trying to change them. Thanks for all the good times, thanks for being there during the bad times, thanks for always listening. Even though it's impossible to exactly express how much your friendship means to all of us, we hope this illuminates a glimmer of how much you are appreciated for just being you.

7: Bon sang ne saurait mentir.

8: Sisters are different flowers from the same garden. Best friends for life, they remind us of who we were, who we are, and who we want to be more like. | Sister to Sister we will always be, a couple of nuts of the family tree. | Sisters
