2: Chapter Historian | Elizabeth Haverty ('14) has been a proud member of Pi Beta Phi for three years. Beth is involved in multiple activities around campus including Club Basketball, Williamsburg Landing, and Colonial Casa. Beth will be studying abroad in the Spring of 2013 and will be passing the Chapter Historian position to another sister.

9: Meetings and Exec | Our previously young executive board really started to demonstrate their enthusiasm and leadership abilities with successful mixers, philanthropy events, and administrative meetings. This semester the chapter nominated and elected a new executive board that will take over the positions in the spring. Great job ladies!

11: Pi Phi Legacies! | The VA Gamma Chapter was proud to welcome Alexandra Phillips ('16) as a Pi Phi legacy this fall. Ally will be joining her sister Samantha, her mother, and her grandmother as a true Pi Phi sister.

14: Vice President of Membership Hannah Mattheis ('14) | Hannah has been a member of Pi Phi for three years, and became VP of Membership for her third year. 22: Pi Club! | Our members that maintained over a 3.14 GPA for the semester were invited to a special dinner at Baker's Crust paid for by Pi Phi.
23: Smartie Panties! | Every two weeks Chelsea Bell would hold a raffle at our chapter meeting for girls who had gotten an A on a test. The prize would be a new pair of underwear and recognition!
24: Pi Phis Abroad | Lydia Mansel (above) ('14) Exeter, England | Lydia and Caroline were able to meet , travel across Europe together, and visited Pi Phi alumni in London

27: IV. Fraternity Heritage | Initiation Cookie Shines Sister Sorority Sisterhood Events
28: Initiation | Meg Steuer our VP of Fraternity Development did a great job organizing new procedures for initiation that will take place in the Pi Phi House from now on. Meg's outlines and instructions will be extremely beneficial for future VP of Fraternity Development | Our new members entered the house as pledges and emerged as sisters.
29: This year initiation was held once again in the Pi Phi House on November 18th, 2012. The night before our new members had a "pre-initiation ceremony" and a "pink party." | The VA Gamma will initiate Paulette Grand Pre and Rachel Johnson as official members in the Spring of 2013.
30: Cookie Shines! | The new members participated in a Cookie Shine and Pink Party before initiation. Our sisters were able to sing traditional "Cookie Shine" songs while eating delicious treats together.
31: Sister Sorority! | Kappa Delta acted as our sister sorority this semester. Our chapter organized multiple dinners with our sister sorority in addition to exchanging baked goods and motivational study notes.
32: Sisterhood Events | Yoga Classes! Rose Duke ('15) and Delaney Gordon ('13) taught a free fitness class for our sisters on November 15th.
33: Sisters also participated in dinner tabs, and a special fondue night, because who doesn't love ooey gooey treats and bonding!
35: V. Values Programming | Presentations in Meeting LDC Visitor
36: Chelsea Bell ('13) continued to organize "Leading With Values" presentations for each meeting. Chelsea also chose to incorporate fun activities for the sisters to participate in that stressed the importance of honor, respect, integrity, and sincere friendship. Sisters loved breaking into groups to discuss what each value means and how Pi Phis can exemplify each one in every day life.
37: Leadership Development Consultant Visit | The VA Gamma Chapter welcomed Jenny Mason (Texas Delta), our LDC visitor. Jenny met with the Executive Board , the Head House Corp, and Chair members to discuss the progress and potential improvements for our chapter. | Jenny suggested the improvement of our chapter website. 39: VI. Philanthropy | Pie a Pi Phi 10/9/12 Phield Day 11/10/12
40: Pie a Pi Phi! | Izzy Paganucci organized several "Pie a Pi Phi" events. Friends and enemies were able to purchase and pie a member for just $2!
41: Phield Day! | Phield Day is our biggest philanthropy event of the year. Each sister works as a "coach" to lead their team to victory in a variety of games. | Angels continued contributing to Champions are Readers (CAR) by volunteering weekly at Matthew Whaley Elementary School | Champions are Readers (CAR)
42: Angels on a Mission | Meg Steuer ('14) and Katie Whitelaw ('14) traveled to San Jose and Guanacaste in Costa Rica with the Children's Well-Being Club. Meg and Katie painted schools and medical buildings, taught children English and computer skills, and were able to shadow doctors to gain professional experience.
43: Watching over others | Elizabeth Smith ('14) and Vikki Walker traveled to Managua, Nicaragua to work with sick and underprivileged children. Both girls were able to gain professional medical experience while making a difference.
45: VII. Campus Events | The Dalai Lama 10/10/12 Homecoming
46: His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama at William and Mary | Pi Phis were able to increase their cultural awareness by going to see one of the most important religious leaders, the Dalai Lama.
47: HOMECOMING | Pi Phis were able to celebrate homecoming with the lovely men of Sigma Pi. | Emily Reeder ('14) organized a special Saturday Brunch for all alumnus at the Pi Phi house. Alumnus enjoyed touring the house and catching up with the current sisters of the VA Gamma chapter. | W&M vs. Maine Ra Ra Riot Concert Campus Wide Tailgate Homecoming Parade Pi Phi Alumni Brunch
48: Fall at William and Mary | President Reveley was used as a Homecoming mantra. Reveley is famous for his dry sense of humor and quick wit. | The Tribe football team finished their season with a record 2–9, 1–7 in CAA play to finish in ninth place. | Fall at William and Mary is the most beautiful time of the year.

52: Pi Phis love Holidays! | Fall presented our sisters with many opportunities to be festive! Pi Phis dressed up for Halloween and celebrated the beginning of the Christmas/New Year Season in style | Silly Pi Phis dressed as loofahs for Halloween
53: Tis the Season! | Pi Phis celebrate the holiday season with large funky Christmas sweaters and antlers
54: Fall Phormal November 16th
55: Phormal was held at the Green Leafe in New Town. New members wore white and were announced and congratulated.
56: Many pi Phis were invited to date functions such as the Sigma Chi Campout
57: Date Parties, Mixers, and More! | Kaitlin Noe ('14) planned multiple "mixers" with fraternities, athletic teams, and clubs that allowed Pi Phis to mingle with different groups on campus.
