I chose to do a portrait of Abraham Lincoln because I feel that Lincoln was a very important part of the Civil War. He tried to bring peace and unity to the country in it's worst condition. In this picture: my dad.

I chose to do a picture of the drummer boys because I feel that they were very important. Without them it take a lot longer to communicate each other throughout the camp. | In this picture from left to right: Becca(my sister), Me, and Abbey(my best friend)

My youth group helped me out with these. In this picture from left to right: Top row: Hannah, Kelsey, Me, and Ashlee. Bottom row: Sarah, Angell, and Abbey. | This picture of soldiers in the town displays how everyone was involved with the war. It shows how war was even in the towns.

This is a picture of three surgeons. Surgeons, doctors, and nurses were very important to the war. They treated wounds and sicknesses. without them many men would have died from sickness and not gun wounds. In this picture: My sisters Becca and Brooke and me.

This picture shows how many soldiers in the war. The Civil war was a sad and despairing time for the U.S. In this picture: my youth group.
