S: Claschonny Travels Volume III 2008 - 2009
 Germany 2008
 Pfalzfeld Picnic
Hanging out with the Neffs at the house was the best part of the trip. We cooked together often, onion rings were a big hit with everyone. We spent many late evenings in the backyard: drinking, talking, catching up and laughing. We were introduced to a new friend, Herr Baerwurz, he quickly became dear to us. We loved having the cats around, Melchoir was our best buddy.
 Boat Tour of the Rhein
 Evenings Out
 Barvarian Breakfast
 Berg Eltz
Coffee, Cake and Wine on the Mosel
After a fantastic day at Burg Eltz, we stopped for coffee and cake at a wonderful restaurant on the Mosel. Since we were there we had to sample some of the local wines. The bottle we drank was one of the best whites I have ever had. As usual there were lots of laughs and good times.
 Darien Lake 2009
 We're so Money | Lil' Skillet | Raging Seas! | A Saloon??!!
Darien Lake 2009 was one of the coldest ever. Windy and rainy but we made the best of it. We were thrilled at the addition of The Busted Barrel Saloon. Not surprisingly, we spent a lot of time there. It was cold after all! | Cardboard Nick made his debut in 2009. He enjoyed himself very much and was loved by all. Jane posted these photos on Facebook and strangely, nobody commented that we were posing with a cardboard cutout. | Cardboard Nick
 The Pinery-2009 Grand Bend, ON
We borrowed the Taylor's trailer for a week and went to the Pinery Provincial Park. The Taylors and the Maudquilinas joined us for the first weekend and then we were on our own. We had a very relaxing week, we went to the beach, rode bikes and did a lot of reading. It was a nice break from our hectic kitchen renovation. We went to Bayfield for a daytrip. It is a lovely city with great shopping and awesome Poutine. The Claschonnies first solo camping experience was a great success!
