1: Feeling like there are too many pressures and demands on you? Losing sleep because of worriation? Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy?
2: Is life passing you by and you're not enjoying every moment?
3: Are you beginning to be depressed?
4: The first step in becoming stress free is identifying your stress type.
5: When I identified my stress type I found that I worry TOO much! That I should relax, take it easy, and think positive.
6: Now I am stress free!!! | All Smiles all day everyday!!!
7: Even If I hurt I smile. Smiling can most of the time cure any pains, stress or emotion.
