2: I had just finished first grade and I had a really big plan for the summer break. I have been thinking for whole year that I will learn to bike without training wheels. So on the first Sunday of the holidays, I went to my dad and asked him to teach me to ride the bike without the .make my bike fast, my dad thought for a while and said “How about you learn to ride your sister's old bike.” That's too big for me, my feet would barely touch the ground, I said.
4: My dad held the bike as I slowly picked up my feet, and put it on the peddles as beads of sweat slowly slid down my face and slowly pushed it. I was nervous that I was going to fall, then KABOOM!!!!!!!! I fell!!! “ Ow !!!” I shouted crying at the same time and trying to stop the blood from drooping. “ let me see it.” My dad said, slowly pushing my hand away. “You wait here while I get you a bandage.” He said. While he was gone, I was telling myself, “!! I am never going to ride a bike without my training wheels off!” I thought, whipping off my tears rolling down my face. Then I saw my dad hustling with a box of bandages. “Here you go honey,” He said breathing heavily.
6: Then I put on the sticky bandage on and went into my house. 2 days later, when my bloody cut healed , I thought that I was ready to ride that bike! For some reason that day I felt a lot more confident then usual! “ OK, I think I am ready.” I told my self with a big sigh. So I walked up to my dad and said, “ OK I am ready to ride that bike.” I said. My dad almost shouted because I made up my mind. My dad walked to the garage and got the bike out and called me. “ OK this time I am going to hold the bike while you peddle. He said. “ OK I answered. So I got on the bike, and started pedaling slowly while my dad held it and guess what?!
8: I started pedaling while my dad let go!!! Then everyday, after school, I practiced ridding the bike , and I started getting better and better day by day!! Then one day , I came from school and waited for my dad to come an d give me my daily biking lesson. Then finally, I heard a everyday door opening sound! “ Dad, I am ready for my biking lesson!!!” I shouted. So my dad got out the bike. “ OK, get on the bike, and if you want, I can give you a head start.” He said. “ OK” I answered. Then he gave me a head start, then I peddled and peddled, and I did it!!!!!! I was so happy!! My dad was so proud of me that he brought me a cupcake!!!!
