1: Some situations that may cause stress: | Shopping Big tests Long work days Losing something No sleep Paying Bills Relationships
3: Your body will respond to stress in many ways. These ways include an upset stomach, headache, fatigue, and pain.
5: Consequences always come from many things. Some of the consequences of stress are thoughts of suicide and being really tired.
6: To prevent stress from having a negative impact you: Avoid- say "no" Alter- change it Adapt- change yourself Accept- can't be perfect
