FC: I Love You More
 Our Mother and Father
 Growing Up
 From infancy to womanhood you have been by my side. From the first baby steps of learning to walk to the running steps of the toddler stage, you were there to pick me up, put a band aid on my scrape and give me the encouragement I needed to try again. You walked beside me into the awkward and difficult steps of adolescence, you were there to lend an ear and offer support. You provided me a place where no one could hurt me and with you by my side I felt safe. As I walked the graceful steps of a young woman you were by my side and you gave me the confidence to believe I could do anything I wanted to. You were always patient with me and never showed disappointment at my failures, instead you celebrated my successes. Your unconditional love and the way you seemed to admire everything I did made me want to be the best I could be. You believed in me and you made me believe in myself. I am who I am because you were always by my side.
 When I look back over my life there are many parts of it that I do not remember and I suppose that is good,and then there are parts that I do remember that I wish I did not remember. The memories that I have that are cherished in my heart are almost all created by you and involve you. I can remember being a very small child and you would have friends over to listen to music and have fun. You never got rid of me, you let me hang out and listen to the music, I thought it was so cool, I thought you were so cool with all your friends, I wanted to be just like you. I used to try to dance like you and to stand like you, I wanted to be able to sing like you, at that time I just wanted to be you. I remember living with you on Main Street and we would watch the people walking by on the sidewalk and the cars filled with teens tooling up and down the street on a Saturday night. That is where you should have been but instead you were watching it through a window with you baby sister and seeming like you were having the time of your life. Having me around never seemed like a sacrifice for you, I never felt like a burden, you always made me feel wanted and special. I missed you so much when you went away to school, I was so excited when you would come home and that is when I knew I wanted to learn to style hair just like
 you. I was so glad when you moved back, I loved to go to the salon with you. You would fix my hair and you always made me feel like I was beautiful, like I was a princess. I remember going to the salon after skating and I told you my feet hurt, you took my boots off and saw that I had frostbitten my feet. You were styling a ladies hair and you left her sitting right there to rush me to the hospital. I remember when you started dating Mark, I thought he was a movie star, but that made perfect sense, after all you were a star yourself in my eyes. You and Mark got married and then came the ultimate sacrifice, shortly after your honeymoon, I moved in. I am sure he didn't know at the time he married you that his marriage came with a built in teenager. I remember my own room in the house on Barton Street, you painted the walls my favorite color at the time, lavender. I remember the purple dress you made me with the bell sleeves and the hot pink heart on the pocket. I remember how hard you worked on it and I loved it so much. I remember you teaching me how to shave my legs in the bathtub and you bought me a baby blue electric shaver. I remember the CPO jacket you bought me, not cause I needed it but because my friends had them and I wanted one too. You always made sure I had cool cloths and shoes.
 I remember the outfit I had for my first day of high school. It was a Lee jacket with matching pants made from tan colored brushed cordroy. You bought me two tone brown saddle shoes and I had a dark brown shirt to wear under the jacket. I felt so beautiful, so confidant on my first day of school. I remember when you moved to Poland, I was afraid to stay but I did not want to leave my friends. You came to pick me up weekend after weekend, you put a phone in my bedroom so I could call you anytime I wanted to or needed to. It only took one year and I was packing up my life to move to Southern Maine where I would be safe and happy. It was a very hard adjustment for me at the time but you were patient and supportive and once again pulled me through. I remember getting my new room, an addition that you had built just for me. Blue was my new favorite color so I had a beautiful baby blue rug and you made curtains and a matching comforter in a blue and white check pattern. You got me furniture that you painted white, I remember thinking it was the most beautiful room I had ever seen. I remember learning how to drive,you sent me to driving school and then you took me out to practice and get me ready for my test.
 I remember that first summer that I had my license, you let Karla come down for the most part of school break. I remember you would ride to work with Mark and wait for him at the days end so that I could have the car and go do things with Karla. I really had a fabulous summer that year. When I look back on my teenage years that was probably the best summer of all, the summer of "75". I finished up high school and went on to Cosmetology School where you helped me with my studies from the start to the finish. I remember the look of pride on your face at my graduation and awards supper. You bought me a beautiful dress, it was floor length, it was baby blue with a navy blue velvet balero jacket. I will never forget what I put you through bra shopping. Again, you never grew frustrated with me but rather you were calm and acted like you were having the time of your life. I remember so very many things in my wonderful life with you, there is no amount of paper and ink that could ever capture them all. My gratitude runs deep, you are my inner soul, my inner voice,and my guardian angel and I thank you for keeping me safe and loving me. I thank you for believing in me and encouraging me and for always being there for me.
 My First Vacation Sunny Florida
 I remember my first vacation just as if it were yesterday. I remember how terrified I was getting on that big jet airplane, but I knew I was safe with you by my side. I remember how funny it seemed to see red dirt and how funny the people talked in Georgia. I remember seeing the beautiful flowers and the magnificent palms and the oranges on the trees. I remember the parrot that rode the bicycle on the high wire and I remember pink flamingos and alligators at Sarasota Jungle Gardens. I remember going to Busch Gardens, it was truly heaven on earth to me, that is the day I fell in love with the white bengal tiger. I remember thinking how beautiful the giraffes were and how long their eyelashes were. I remember we entered the park at opening and we stayed until they closed. I remember the birds all nesting down as we were leaving and the park becoming really quiet. I remember sitting in that big brown car on our way back to Elmers house at the end of that day, it was so warm and the air smelled so sweet. I remember thinking how truly lucky I was that someone loved me so much that they took me to the most beautiful place in the world. To this day it is one of my favorite places on earth, when I revisit, my memories of that day with you come alive and that is the best part of all.
 Working in your salon and then teaching together was really great for me. We had so many good times and so many laughs. I remember going to New York City for the International Beauty Show. We took your Trans Van, just the two of us and away we went! It was my first time to a big city like that and I was truly amazed! We rode the subway, we rode in the yellow checkered cabs, we went to the Port Authority, we danced at Studio 54, we saw Times Square, we saw Radio City Hall, the home of the Rockettes and we were street side for the St. Pattys Day Parade. We went up into the Empire State building and took pictures of the Twin Towers, and we took the fiery out to the Statue of Liberty and went all the way up to her torch. During the days we took in the sights of the city and we attended the show and by night we entertained ourselves watching the hookers on the street from our high story room at the Plaza Hotel. I remember one night you took me to a Steak and Rib House and it was the first time I had ever had baby back ribs, mmmmmm, they were so good!! To this day whenever I have baby backs at a restaurant I think back to that day. I had a great time there with you, Thank You so much for taking me, I will remember it for as long as I live.

 Our Weddings~~~~~~
 ~~~~~~Then and Now
 I am not sure if all baby sisters love their big sisters as much as I love you. I am not sure if our situation was different than most, but there is one thing I am sure of, and that is I love you so very much that there is no possible way that I can verbally express what I feel for you in my heart and in my soul. I have tried to come up with a word or cluster of words to express my love for you and there are just none that are worthy of the task. I love you so very much and I admire the person that you are. I am truly blessed to have someone as wonderful as you in my life and I am even more blessed that I am lucky enough to have you as a sister.
 My Sister and I My sister and I , we like to sing its really great cause we like the same thing the sounds of our voice have a nice little ring and thats why my sister and I like to sing. We like the Beatles, the Beach Boys, Frankie and Dean we sing Meatloaf songs like you never seen we love the Bicycle song by the band named Queen and when we dance while we sing its a real neat scene We started singing when we were just young the words of the songs just roll off our tongues we sing it real loud, we sing from our lungs our duets are some of the best ever sung. My sister and I we like to sing together we sing here, we sing there, we sing where ever words we don't know we make up cause we're clever my sister and I will be singing forever. .
