BC: THE END
FC: Ian Michael Campbell 2009-2010 Adventures of our one year old!
This book is a glimpse into the joy and happiness that you brought into our lives. Words cannot express how blessed we are to call you our son! WE LOVE YOU!!!!
Reading books has been a nighttime ritual for our family since the day you were born. Whether it be mom or dad or one of your grandparents you have always loved to read! One of your favorite books has always been Tickle Monster because you love to laugh and be tickled!
One of mom's second cousins had a little girl one week before you were born. They visited us often and you and Avery loved to play. Her older brother Braydn was always good with the two of you also.
PLAY TIME | Playing with the drum you got from Grandma & Grandpa Cherubin
For Christmas Grandma Marilyn got you the Dancing Elmo. You were not sure what to think of him but loved to chew on his chair whenever you were teething.
 Happy 1st Birthday Ian!!!
Your first birthday party was a family party at our house. Everyone was so excited and happy to share your special day and celebrate your first year. Grandma Mariyln, Grandpa Garry, Grandma Irma, Grandma and Grandpa Cherubin, Uncle John, Aunt Sarah and Uncle Alex were all there to celebrate with you. Mom made your cake out of several marble flavored cupcakes. It was my first children's cake I had ever made and I enjoyed it so much. As you'll see you got lots of presents and you were so interested in all the wrapping and crawling all over that mom did most of the opening and you just supervised.
This was the first time you had ever had cake and you LOVED it!! The frosting had crushed oreos to make Mickey's ears look black and that was what you went for first!
Come On! | Let's get started!
WOW!!! You had so many presents! We almost didn't have room to sit down in the living room! You were so excited about all the colors and wrapping and even more joyful when you realized there were new toys in the packages. You got so many nice things from everyone!
Grandma and Grandpa Cherubin got you this dog ball pit! Needless to say it was one of your favorites. You climbed in and out and had a blast throwing the balls all over the room, which by the way drove your dad crazy, but we had fun watching you play in it. You really got a lot of use out it!
Mom and Dad bought you your first swing set. We couldn't wait to put you in the swing and when we did....you did not like it one bit. I think you felt trapped. | Grandma Irma and Grandpa T got you your first toy box. You would climb up on it and sit and just watch t.v. or hang out. It was so cute | Love this face!!!
Your First Haircut | Grandma Irma gave you your first haircut. She is trying to convince you that it's fun to be squirted | Thinking about it... | Why is my hair on the tray?? | Oh My, What is happening??? | This is not good! | What a good boy
 So Handsome
This was your first swim lesson at the YMCA. The water was pretty cold and you didn't like laying on your back but you liked being on your tummy so you could splash
1st Baseball Game | Yankees vs Royals
On Easter Weekend 2009, Grandma and Grandpa Cherubin took us to Kansas City for the Yankee v. Royals series. We had tickets for Saturday and Sunday and stayed in a hotel nearby. The game on Saturday was cold but on Sunday it was so cold and rainy that we left early. All in all it was a great time and we enjoyed spending time with each other and seeing The New York Yankees.
 Happy Easter
On Easter morning, Grandma and Grandpa Cherubin gave you an Easter basket in the hotel and then once everyone got ready, we went to breakfast before the baseball game.
Rub a dub dub a boy in his tub!
BREAKFAST WITH ELMO | Mommy took you to Breakfast with Elmo at the Children's Museum. It was your first time seeing a life-size character and you weren't sure what to think. | Susan & Sam
 EXPLORE & DISCOVERY
You loved to figure things out and were very curious. It's always been fun watching you discover
 It's Tee Time with DADDY!!
Grandpa Johnson bought you your first wagon. A John Deere one that he put together for you and was so excited for you to have it. Grandpa Johnson used to farm and he and his brothers owned a Johnson Brothers John Deere Implement in McCook, Nebraska so John Deere products hold a special place in Grandpa's life - he wanted to pass that on to you and you loved going for rides in the wagon!
Mommy is so glad that you love the water!!!
