FC: Ellis Island and the Advancers of Sam

I could not wait to get to America. I heard that the street's were paved with gold. I found out they weren't, when I got there. Oh by the way my name is Sam short for Samuel. This picture hear is sort of what was going on right before my ship left for America.

The trip took about 2 months more or less. It was hard trying to hide from the crew the hole trip but I think it was worth it. Probably the worst part about the trip was the living quarters and the food. Since I was a stowaway living quarters and food was just plain hard to get.

After that long disgusting journey it was a sure nice thin to see land again. But here I had another problem. I had to find a way to get of the boat before security and the crew fond me.

It was a site to see. All the people getting off the boat luckily I had a plan. When every one had gotten off the boat, I waited for the right moment and ran as fast as I could. The Security guards had no clue that I had ran right though security. When I got the the other side of the building I ran out on to another boat that takes people to land. (Now I just realized that I was on an island). So I got on the boat and hid then when the boat was close to land I jumped out and swam to shore. The water was so cooled I thought I would die but thankfully I didn't.

When I got to shore I looked every were for a cloth of so sort to dry off with I found one. The Lady wasn't to happy that I use her clean laundry. After that I went to a factory to try and work. The cool thing was, when I got in side they gave me a position. They showed me how to do it and left. Then I realized that I was making gun so cool.

This is sort of what I lived in for the first first few years that I live in America. It's not much, but I alway say it is better then that stinky, disgusting, dirty boat.

After a few years I was caught and put in a foster home. The people who fostered me they were nice and I enjoyed it. Here is a picture of sort of what I helped put together. Any ways the hole reason I left home in Switzerland was to have a job and I was tired of the Alps.
