1: Chapter 1 Intro | Jimi Hendrix was one of rocks greatest legends. Jimi made a huge impact on rock n' roll and brought rock to a new level. He was even considered the greatest guitarist of all time, according to Rolling Stone Magazine.

2: Chapter 2 Personal Info www.wekipedia.com | Johnny Allen Hexdrix was born on November 27, 1942 in Seattle, Washington. Born from Lucille Hendrix and James "Al" Hendrix, Al was in the army at the time of Johnny's birth. Johnny's name was changed by Al to James Marshall Hendrix in memory of Al's brother, Leon Marshall Hendrix. But things were rough with Lucille and Al so they divorced when James was only 9. James soon picked up the name Jimi.

It was that night when Jimi overdosed on Monika's sleeping pills. Later that night, Jimi woke up to find himself vomiting. Instead of getting up to help himself, Jimi laid in the bed like nothing had happened and choked on his vomit and died at the age of 27. Today, Jimi Hendrix is recognized as one of the greatest guitarists of all time.
