4: I first met Emily and Aaron back in 2005 on the Mt Shasta Snow trip and I will never forget their kindness and assistance. We never really had a chance to meet on the trip up but on the way back home we finally got to spend some time together and eventually they helped me get out of a soggy situation.
5: The adventure started when we attempted to cross a swollen creek around the small town of Red Bluff. A handful of buses attempted to cross a swollen creek but only one managed to make it to the other side before getting stuck in the sand bank. Our only solution for getting them out was to round up a small team to find an easier route to the other side so we could tow them out. Emily stayed behind but Aaron, myself and a few others set out on our own little adventure through pasture land on slippery gravel roads. Along the way, a kicked up rock had busted out the front windshield of a fellow traveler. Knowing they could not safely drive this way, Aaron volunteered one of his side pop-out windows to temporarily replace the busted out glass. This was my first witness to the kindness that these two lovely people possess. A roll of duct tape later, and we were back on the road.
6: After finally getting back on the road, we made it to our next destination which is aptly named the "Rampaging Spot". Jumps, puddles and mud make this playground a must, even when it's long after midnight. Unfortunately, I managed to push the envelope of adventure and found myself floating in what I had originally thought was just a small puddle. My bus took on water and I cried out for help. After more than an hour, we managed to get it out but the stress was more than I could handle. Emily stepped in and calmed my nerves and assured me that everything will be ok. The next day, Emily and Aaron opened up their hearts and home so I could dry out my bus before heading back to Arizona. The warmth and kindness they shared immediately turned into a good friendship. In the years since, we have been on many other adventures together and I've seen how they continue to unselfishly help others in need. Truly these two are some of the most amazing people I have ever come across and I am honored to be present as they bind themselves together in love. Humankind has not woven the web of life. We are but one thread within it. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. All things are bound together. All things connect. ~Michael Wood 2011
15: For Emily and Aaron Let us celebrate the living love of two who have found joy and meaning together. In a mysterious, yet happy way, two pasts, different in memories, tradition and hopes are brought together. That should not change, but color the future, as you become one and, yet always remain two. Marriage is not intended to be a melting pot where differences cease to exist, but rather a place where you can fully and honestly be yourselves, sharing in the deepest level all that life is and who you are. Marriage is the most remarkable and courageous of all human acts – the promise of two human beings to share life together on all levels – a promise made in the fact of the certainty of death, the certainty of change and, the uncertainty of everything else. There is nothing else a human being might do which is quite like this act, nothing so foolish or so profound. Follow love’s call with an open mind and heart. Let not your heart lay dormant and protected. Love is meant to be given unselfishly and without reservation. Rejoice together in your achievements and victories. The purpose of marriage is for two to live together as heirs of the goodness of life. Let it be a great adventure. . .shared from Suzan and Jack’s vow renewal on their 10th anniversary
16: We had the best ever camp out last weekend. It was at Usual beach. It is kind of a Red Neck playground, but on the ocean. Only crazy people go there so our group fit right in. Hippie Tim & Manny the hippie and some other hippie dude named Shamrock "he had a broken leg also" pulled in late Fri. night. Tim brought his tent trailer so all the hippies had a place to sleep. On their way in, 3 of the 4 tent poles fell out somewhere on the 6 mile mud & dirt road. It was funny as fu%k!!!! I wish you uys could have been there to see that shi^. Aaron

33: right aaron and em, i first met them in the winter of 2005 when i traveled from ireland to the USA for the Shasta Snow Trip ( Big mental vw bus pilgrimage through the snow and ice over a load of mountains that happens every year). Throughout the trip i found many kindred spirits, two of which were Aaron and Emily, after the trip we stayed in touch and got to spend more time with each other in 2008 when i was over for the trip again. We stayed in regular contact ever since. If i was to say one thing about them, it would be that they are two of the worlds good guys, they are just an awesome couple, with no back doors, no hidden agendas, just two of the most wonderful people you could ever be proud to call friends. Last year they travelled out to Nevada for my own wedding, Aaron kept me sane on the way to the chapel and Em kept my wife to be sane on her way to the chapel. The next day, Em conducted one of the most special events of my life, our hand fasting in the mojave desert at sunrise, to this day neither Majik ( My wife) or myself have ever felt so connected, with each other, with our friends and with the planet, a very very special memory. People like Aaron and Em are very very rare, two in a million and we are very happy to call them our friends. As anyone else reading this entry will well know, their infectious laughter and constant sparkling of their eyes is in itself a joy. Plus, they both drive pretty mean VW Buses, so that makes them ok in my world ;-) I hope they both have the most awesome day and trust me when i say, that both myself and Majik are upset that we cant be with you both, i'm hoping you decide to honeymoon in Ireland though ;-) anyways, i have attached two photos of the happy couple, the one where they are in welly boots was taken on the first trip i met them both and the second was taken at my own wedding, two of life's beautiful people. 35: I got to hang out w/aaron a bit yesterday. My battery died on friday so I had to replace it myself. I wanted to do it myself but I know a guy whose brother had a battery blow up in his face. I've also heard wes tell some scary tales. So... Of course I thought the boices oldest son was the perfect choice to ask for help. Aaron agreed to helping so long as I pikked him up. That was easy since I was already at his house. He drives a hard bargain. He watched me the whole time loosening bolts, swearing, getting oily fingers, smakkin & snaggin my large hand against & between dirty crammed parts. My favorite aaron was when I dropped a wrench deep into the motor & aaron said"yep. Now see... That's real life right there" and when I started swearing he said, "now yer get the experience". Love that fukkin guy. When aaron asked me why I wanted him to be there I told him I'd heard horror stories & I just wanted a safety net so I didn't electrocute myself. I informed him I knew I cud get hurt but wasn't sure what I should avoid. Of course, when I did the "should be avoided" electricity started poppin from my battery & sparks started flying. Gues where Aaron was. He was right there... talkin to mary. After the fireworks, Mary & I got to have dinner w/aaron & emily. We went to the aleworks. Aaron got all chapped cuz we paid for dinner. So he stood up in the restaraunt & started pacing bak & forth around the table. It was quite a show until he realized he was the only one pacing around a table. When we dropped them off aaron started pacing around the car with excitement. I'm gonna get dinner next time. I'm gonna talk to the waitress when we get to the restaraunt & make sure I get the check. He turned around & paced around the other side. "Roll down your window" he said menacingly, except that that it was aaron, "I get the check. You watch". "Boy, you sure told us. You just better make sure there's a mariachi band. & it better be expensive" ~Tadd 2008

53: Hey, my favorite two lil' buddies finally got hitched. woooooooooooooooooooooooooo-hooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!! My love for you both does not even fit in this world. Continue to rock. love 4eva ~Lil Jenn
54: Happy Butt-Day Hey I'm not a hobo. But there is this tree across the street in the parking lot. This tree has low hanging branches, so when the hobos walk under it, the leaves rake the top of their heads. I started thinking of all the creepy crawlys sitting in wait to hitch a ride on some non-hobos head. Now days I just walk around the tree and also try to warn others. Aaron
55: As for my finger I don't know why it smells like ass, I thought it would smell more like BALLS!!!! Aaron
