3: In January we attended the Chang Mi Korean Dance and Drum benefit for Eastern Social Welfare Society in Korea. We ate yummy food and watched the Dance and Drum group perform.
4: To celebrate Lily's birthday we attended the King Tut exhibit at the Minnesota Science Museum. You got a stuffed bear called Tutty Bear.
5: In March we drove to Springfield, Illinois to visit with Mom's family. | The great-grandchildren. | Looking comfortable on stage. | Running.
6: We took a trip to St. Louis while we were in Illinois. You enjoyed riding the Metro from Illinois to Missouri. We all enjoyed the trip to the St. Louis Arch.
8: We visited with the DeFoors while we were in Illinois. After visiting with Gigipa in the nursing home in Lincoln we took time out to visit the watermelon statue. It commemorates the day in 1853 when the future 16th President, Abraham Lincoln, who was then just an Illinois lawyer, christened his namesake community with melon juice.
9: We had an Easter egg hunt in Granny's yard in Illinois.
10: Self Portrait | You had fun taking these pictures of yourself in the backseat of the car.
11: We spent a lovely afternoon at Oxbow Park to celebrate Mother's Day.
13: On a very rainy Saturday, you and Mom went to see monster trucks at the Goodhue County fairgrounds. It was so cold and rainy that we went back to the car to warm up. It was so muddy that a couple one of the trucks stalled and had to be towed off the field. | MONSTER TRUCKS!!!
14: Soren visited us during and we took her to see the Farm. It turned into a photo opportunity for you and her. | While taking a tour of the farm we came across some people exercising their horses. You, Lily, and Soren loved riding the horses.
16: Camp Moon Hwa | You had a great time at Camp this year. You took part in the Tae Kwon Do demonstration.
17: A Fish Tale! | You won a fish at your school carnival and named him Laslow. You enjoyed feeding him and watching him. Unfortunately, he died a few weeks later. | It took Gonzo a week to figure out that we had a fish in the house.

19: During the Summer you worked really hard to become good at the monkey bars. You also spent a lot of time swinging and we did some firefly catching.
20: You had fun at the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, MN. You also got to fish off of the dock at the Eagle Center.
21: Days of Yesteryear | More summer fun was had at the Days of Yesteryear held at the Olmsted Historical Society and the Art in the Park Festival held at Mayo Park. | & | Art in the Park

24: On the Lake | We cooled off during the very hot summer by taking a paddle boat on Silver Lake.

28: We continued our tradition of navigating a corn maze with the Hoppes. This year we went to Tweite's Farm again.

30: We took a tour of the Carillon on top of the Plummer building. You were thrilled to play the last note on the last song!
33: You and your friends had a great time at Chuck E. Cheese. | Isaac Matti, Liam, and Ryan Wetzstein
34: You dressed as Boba Fett for Halloween.
37: It was so nice on Christmas Eve that we were able to play in the park before we had our Christmas dinner.
38: Your cousin Patrick tried to teach you how to play the dulcimer.
39: Bouncing | Hilary gave you a gift card to Bounce World. We quickly made use of the gift!
40: In April, you and Dad received your yellow stripes for you white belt.
41: In March, you and Dad started taking Tae Kwon Do at the Park Institute. You and dad soon quickly testes through the different levels. | Receiving your yellow belt from Master Park. | Receiving the green belt. | Receiving the blue stripe.
