FC: World Economies | 2014 | OUR AMAZING JOURNEY

1: The United States The United States has long been considered the premier country in North America. The USA has a federal system of government with limited powers. The Executive office is run by one man who is both the chief of state and the head of government. Elections run the government, especially the cabinet which is split into 2, the Senate (6 year terms) and the House of Reps. (2 year terms). There are two main political parties the Republicans and the Democrats. The supreme court is the highest court, with inferior state and appellate courts. With a stable mixed economy they are big importers of oil, computers, office machines, automobiles, furniture, and toys. Also large exporters of, soybeans, fruit, corn, organic chemicals, transistors, aircrafts, motor vehicle parts, computers cars and medicines. Their constitution was adopted on March 4th 1789 after a bloody break away from former leader Great Britain.

3: Mexico is a large coastal country in the very south of North America. Mexico has a federal system of government with limited powers, much like the United States. The Executive office is run by one man who is both the chief of state and the head of government. Elections run the government, especially the cabinet which is split into 2, the Senate (6 year terms and 96 members) and the Chamber of Deputies (3 year terms and 300 members). There are many political parties, but the Institutional Revolution party, the national action party, and the party of the democratic revolution are the 3 most popular. The supreme court is the highest court and has 21 judges and 5 supernumerary judges, with inferior state and appellate courts. With a stable free market economy they are big importers of metal working machines, steel mill products, agricultural machinery, electric equipment, car parts, motor Vehicles, aircraft, and aircraft parts . Also large exporters of manufactured goods, oil, silver, fruits, vegetables, coffee, cotton . 4: THE UNITED KINGDOM | Wales | North Ireland | Scotland | Great Britain

5: The UK The United Kingdom is a conglomerate of countries such as Great Britain, Wales, Scotland, and North Ireland. The United Kingdom has a unitary system of government with limited powers, much like Europe and the rest of the world. The Executive office is run by 2 people, Queen Elizabeth II (Chief of State) and the Prime Minister David Cameron (Head of Government). The cabinet is appointed by the prime minister. The cabinet is bicameral with the House of lords which has 780 members of unelected royalty, and the House of commons with 650 seats. There are many political parties, but the Labor party, the Liberal Democrats, and the conservative parties are the most popular. The supreme court is the highest court and has 12 judges appointed indirectly by the prime minister. With a stable free market economy they are big importers of manufactured goods, machinery, fuels, foodstuffs. And are also large exporters of manufactured goods, fuels, chemicals, food, beverages, food, and tobacco . TThey don't have a written constitution but have the worlds oldest standing monarchy. 6: The People's Republic of China

7: China has long been considered one of the worlds superpowers, with one of the largest populations in the world. Their Constitution was promulgated on December 4th 1982. Their unitary communist state form of government means that the government has unlimited power. The Executive branch is run by president Xi Jinping (chief of state) and premier Li Kequian (head of government). The cabinet is appointed by the National People's Congress. The legislature is unicameral and is called the National People's Congress and has 2987 seats. The main political party is the Chinese Communist Party or CCP, they also have eight nominally independent small parties continued by the CCP. So all of their political parties are practically run by one group. The Chinese Supreme Court has 340 judges appointed by the National Peoples Congress. They have a very strong Market socialism economy. Exports include machinery, data processing equipment, apparel, radio telephone sets,textiles, integrated circuits. China is the largest exporter in the world because of their cheap production costs, which is due to their market socialism economy. Imports include electrical and other machinery, oil and mineral fuels; nuclear reactor, boiler, and machinery components; optical and medical equipment, metal ores, motor vehicles; soybeans. China was once ruled democratically but after civil unrest and WWII Mao Zedong took over as leader. | Xi Jinping

9: BEAUTIFUL COLUMNS | F R A N C E | France is also one of the worlds premier nations, as well as one of the most developed. Their Constitution was created on October 4th 1958. As well as most of Europe France has a limited unitary system of government, which practically just means that all of their power is centralized in the capital. The executive branch has 2 members President Francois Hollande (Chief of State), and Jean Marc-Aryault (Prime Minister). The cabinet is appointed by the president with suggestion from the Prime Minister. They have a bicameral legislature broken up into the senate which has 348 seats and 6 year terms, and the National Assembly with 577 seats and 5 year terms. With two main political parties; the UMP and the Socialist party, their distribution of power is very similar to that of the United States. The premier court is the Court of Cassation with 202 members. They have a mixed economy, like the United States and are main exporters of machinery and transportation equipment, aircraft, plastics, chemicals, pharmaceutical products, iron and steel, beverages.
