1: The name of my wonderful daughter is Shelly! She has a hard time saying that, so her nickname is Ca. She was born in 1808 and I have loved every minute of it! She was only 40.078 Amu's and stood about 20 centimeters tall. She is Calcium and is strong and cares for others. Her physician is Sir Humphrey Davy, he's great. She is a solid and is considered an Alkaline Earth Metal. She was born in England. My daughter is very unique, she has a personality that ranges from 839 degrees Celsius to 1484 degrees Celsius! I love her!!!!!

5: Calcium builds our bones up strong, so we can live our life for long. It builds the shells that hides the snails, Calcium never fails! This silvery hard element, Ca, is special in another way. It keeps us healthy everyday, so we can go about our way. Calcium was found in 1808, by a man named Sir Humphrey Davy, that was his fate! Calcium is in everything that's ate, and is still used until this date. Calcium, you can not hate! - Jennifer Ledford | Calcium!

6: Shelly just loves our address! 4 Davy Lane! | Alkaline Earth Metals | ? | Lets meet the family, shall we? | Starting at the left top hand corner is rick radium, then across from him is Brook Barium, in the middle you have Maggie Magnesium, then the bottom left hand corner is Sassy Strontium, then last, but not least is Beth Beryllium!

7: Shelly loves each and everyone of her brothers and sisters! | She enjoys spending time with them and just hanging out. | They share a lot of laughs together! | Family means everything to her and she makes the best of it.

8: This is only one atom that fills my beloved little Shelly! There are a lot more atoms that make up her body. | This model shows her electrons, protons, and even her neutrons! You can tell from this Bohr Model that my daughter is not reactive!

9: All Grown Up! | My little Shelly is all grown up and is now helping humans like me and you form strong bones. Snails and sea shells are in good hands with my little girl! She is also helping plants and animals grow! I am such a proud mom! I couldn't ask for a better daughter!
