7: To the outside world, we all grow old. But not to brothers and sisters. We know each other as we always were. We know each other's hearts. We share private family jokes. We remember family feuds and secrets, family griefs and joys. We live outside the touch of time. ~Clara Ortega
8: Meet me at the alter!
10: Jessica's Vows As a young woman I had a constant feeling of incompleteness. I always knew something was missing in my life, but I could never figure out what. I am blessed with a wonderful family and friends that would go to the end of the world with me. However, my life had little meaning, even with them at my side. I was still searching for an unknown. When I first met you Matt, life was great. You are fun, quirky and kind. The more time we spent together the more whole I began to feel. I remember lying in bed one morning just months after we first met. I had a smile on my face and I felt, for the first time in my life, the presence of God. You have helped me find myself and helped me to start a relationship with God. I had never known how wonderful life could be until you. For this, I am eternally grateful. I promise that I will always be faithful to you. I promise to stand by you and to always trust in you and in God. In you, I have found my soul’s counterpart. | My Vows to you. | Matthew's Vows When you first told me that you wanted us to write our own vows, I’ll admit, I panicked a little. But over the last few weeks, I’ve heard a song on the radio that really inspired me. We’ve been through a lot in our relationship already. Through all the ups and downs our relationship has done nothing but grow stronger. The song I’ve heard is about those who wonder every day, “who will love me for me?” My vow to you is simple: Through the good, the bad, and the ugly, I will always love you for you, just as you are.
