1: The types of situations that would cause stress would be procrastination, Being overwhelmed, having overloads of work at one time.
2: When someone get stressed out they are affected in various ways such as becoming exhausted, having sudden anger, or even losing weight and memory loss.
4: Consequences of stress is that stress can effect other people around you.
5: A way to prevent stress from having a negative impact on your life could be to calm down before the stress gets to be bad.
