1: Types of situations that might cause stress | *Deadlines *Frustrations *Demands *dangerous situations *work overload These are some of the stressful situations that might lead a person to have a stressful life.
2: The way your Body reacts to stress. | some of the examples that your body would react to stress would be: *Irritability or short temper *Nausea, dizziness *Anxious or racing thoughts *Agitation, inability to relax *Inability to concentrate *Constant worrying *Procrastinating or neglecting responsibilities *Nervous habits (e.g. nail biting, pacing) however there are some good ways that stress can be good for your body like for example, stress in small doses can be helpful in motivating you to do a better job. also it can help in dangerous situations that can help you stay alive.
