1: Stress is a feeling that's created when we react to particular events. It's the body's way of rising to a challenge and preparing to meet a tough situation with focus, strength, stamina, and heightened alertness.
2: What cause stress ! | When you find yous self overwhelm with different things you will call that stress or a stage of stress. Stress can be caused by death of a love one, school/grades, your family/friends, divorce, relationship problems and other things can call stress also.
3: Body reacts to stress!!!!! | The way your body reacts to stress is by: -Your heart speeds up -Blood flow to your brain and muscles increases up to 400 percent. -Your digestion stops (so it doesn't use up energy that's needed elsewhere) -Heart disease -Obesity -Depression
4: Consequences of being stressed.... | The consequences are: The consequences of stress can cause specific disorders in both mind and body. In addition to raising levels of the stress hormones, adrenaline and corticosterone (lately much talked about as cortisol), a build up of stress can cause headaches, digestive problems, eating disorders, insomnia, fatigue, and lower our resistance to other illnesses like colds and flu.
5: The way you can prevent stress is by...... | One way is by not trying to have a lot on my mind. The second way is by watching a what goes on in your life. The third way is by just being yourself and not letting people get into your way.
