Thank you for your generous support of Rock Chalk Shabbat and KU Hillel. KU Hillel transforms the lives of Jewish students. Every year, through our innovative and strategic approach to Jewish campus life, we connect hundreds of Jewish students to each other, to their Judaism, and to their communities. They emerge with a deep sense of ownership over their Judaism, a sense of passion, connection and identity that shapes and defines their Jewish lives for years to come. We create a Jewish community for students while they are on campus and give them the tools to build their own communities when they leave. With your help, we are inspiring and equipping the next generation of Jewish leaders. We are developing Jewish adults. We are delivering the Jewish future.

KU Hillel has played a significant role in my success at KU. My involvement in the organization has motivated me to not only be the best student I can be but to also be the best version of myself. - Leah Swartz, KU Senior

I love KU Hillel because it constantly provides me with opportunities to be a part of a true community that is doing everything it can to provide for the Jewish future. - Evan Traylor, KU Sophomore

Hillel has provided me with a home away from home and has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and grow into a young Jewish adult. I love being a part of an organization that cares so much about my future and my success. I am so happy to have had KU Hillel as my family the past 3.5 years. - Alex Null, KU Senior

Without KU Hillel, it would be needless to say, that my wonderful years at KU would be incredibly different. It is one of, or if not the sole reason why the University of Kansas has such a vibrant Jewish life and I consider myself lucky that I've had the opportunity to become a part of it. - Rob Schwartz, KU Senior

Hillel has been a powerful part of my four years here at KU. I can truly say I am developing into an adult. I know my college experience, my early adulthood and every experience after this would not be the same if KU Hillel had not entered my life. - Hannah Berc, KU Senior

KU Hillel has given me the opportunity to not only be aware of the future of Judaism, but to play an active role in ensuring that Judaism has an active future. - Brian London, KU Sophomore

KU Hillel has done so much for me over the past few years. It has provided me with incredible leadership opportunities, strong personal connections to both the students and the staff and most importantly it has sculpted and strengthened my Jewish identity when, prior to coming to KU, I wasn't exactly sure of the path I was on. - Nikki Multer, KU Junior

KU Hillel has given me an incredible amount of opportunities to grow as a leader and voice my opinion. Hillel provided me with not one - but two trips to Israel and Hillel's been my home away from home. - Kenzie Litt, KU Junior

KU Hillel provides me with an opportunity to take a leadership role in the Jewish community. I love the fact that the work done at KU Hillel is so collaborative and cohesive. Being a part of KU Hillel is something I can proud of and showcase. - Zach Finkelstein, KU Senior

Before KU Hillel, my Jewish identity was limited to high holiday services. KU Hillel has largely impacted my continual growth into a Jewish adult and has provided me with the tools to engage others in this growth as well. - Lyndsey Havens, KU Sophomore
