“To the world you may be one person, but to one person you may be the world." ~ Unknown Regina, You rock our world here at IAC Marketing Team, with your fun personality, and spontaneous unique sense of humor. I appreciated and enjoyed all the times you made me laugh and shared smiles amongst each of us. I know you’ll only be moving to the nearby ‘towers’, but we will all miss you not being amongst us each day. Congrats on being the chosen one to seek new adventures and creativity in your work at the 550 building! I know with your talent and bright mind, you will continue to grow in yourself, with your family, and what you continue to bring to our company. Good luck and best wishes. Love, Carleen Carrasco | Dear Regina – Please keep in mind as you read this that I don’t do words but I wasn’t allowed to include a spreadsheet in this book so I’ll have to do my best. Although we may not have worked together for years, I will truly miss having you in the department every day. In such a short time I have gained tremendous respect for the work that you do and even more so for the person that you are. Successful, strong, driven and takes crap from no one all the while being a devoted, loving mom. The team over at the 550 building better realize how lucky they are to have you! Best wishes to you and I know we’ll be finding as many excuses as possible to get you over here for meetings! Aimee
Dear Regina, Over my time here at IAC, I have truly enjoyed working with you. Now that you are “big time” and moving over to the mother ship, I hope you will still remember the little people! Your professionalism and attention to detail was always greatly appreciated. You are going to do an outstanding job in your next role and will surely “wow” everyone at the 550 Building as you have here. I am also going to really miss your sense of humor don’t lose it! I look forward to working with you in the future. Best of luck, Doug
Dear Regina, I so enjoyed working with you in the fall of 2009 all the way through the holidays and then again working for you the same time of the year in 2010. I was hoping someone would break Maria's record and get pregnant again in 2011 so I could be there with my wonderful Marketing family to once again be part of the team and enjoy the holidays with you! I will be forever grateful to you for introducing me to Starbucks salted caramel hot chocolate! I know the Marketing Team will miss you desperately but you will always be in their hearts and you will be successful wherever you go. Now I am selfishly excited that you are right down the hall from me so I can enjoy your beautiful smiling face once again! Much love, Denise
Dear Regina, It’s been a pleasure working with you over the past 7 years and watching you grow, as a marketer and as a mom. You’re such a strong and resilient person with great talent and experience that will be sorely missed by all of us who work with you. I’m so glad that I know you and that we’ve become friends. Bette Midler once said, “Give a girl the correct footwear and she can conquer the world.” If this is true (and I believe it is,) you are on the track to world domination. Best of luck to you as you enter this newest chapter of your professional career. I know you’re gonna totally rock it! Andrea Memenas
Regina, congratulations and best wishes as you move on to Corporate. We'd like to leave you with a quote from Ralph Waldo Emerson because we think it’s appropriate and because we think Waldo is a funny middle name. “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” - Ralph Waldo Emerson Best of luck! 27: “Friendships don’t just “happen”, but the best ones seem to fall in place right from the start. As if they were always meant to be.” My dearest Regina, my life will never be the same. I am so incredibly grateful to have been blessed to work with you every day for the past 7-1/2 years. You are my teacher every day on being a better professional, leader, mother, woman and friend. They broke the mold when they made you Miss Regina Plum. Fly, fly high . and do everything you’ve ever dreamed of. I will miss you my friend. Love, Nicole
