1: The SCAND is a small district on the east coast of Florida. We are 21 members strong and work in a variety of settings including hospitals, long term care, community organizations and private practices. We are proud to present this scrapbook which reflects just a portion of the contributions we made in our hometowns and communities. We hope that you enjoy reviewing our efforts.

Also discusses how the RD can help people fine tune their food choices and make decisions based on sound science. Using 21 different liquids, the children were able to which contained the highest (lard) and lowest (olive oil) saturated fat content. 48: National Nutrition Month Activity Title: National Nutrition Month Target Audience: Staff and visitor at IRMC Number of Attendees: 500 Media Coverage: None Sponsor/Cost: IRMC/$4.00 Date: Throughout March At IRMC the Cafe was decorated for NNM with posters and table tents. The Cafe was adapted to feature healthy items every Tuesday throughout the month. These items featured Mediterrean diet and Vegetarian items. The meal included an entree, a side and a salad for a discounted price to encourage its selection.
