2: As a photographer, I am really just starting. But as a creative and artistic person, well that has come naturally. This book is a showcase of some of my favorite pieces, not necessarily my most technically correct, but the pieces that make me feel most artistic. These photos are a snapshot of how I view life. As a High School student, my life is mainly focused on schoolwork and my athletic pursuit of rowing and horseback riding. For me photography is my escape, a way to distance, and at the same time connect myself with the world I live in. I used a Nikon D5000 for most of the pictures but my beyond the class section was shot with a Kodak easyshare. Using photography as a form of expression is my priority. Photography is a snapshot of life. The only thing I hope anyone gets out of this is to realize that their is an artist in everyone. My featured photos will be in green frames, highlighting some favorites.
