S: Sturgis 2009-2011

FC: Sturgis 2009 2010 2011

1: Sturgis 2009 First trip to Sturgis started out with riding in the rain from home to Sioux Falls, SD. Day 2 met up with Mylo, Brent Rach and Bob Hagstrom and road from Sioux Falls to Sturgis. /Day 3, we went on a quick tour of Spearfish Canyon. The next 4 days were spent working in the booth. The last day was a quick ride home.

15: Sturgis 2010 Second trip to Sturgis started with us driving out to Mitchell to meet up with Mylo, Patty, Brent Rach, and Andy Hines. We all worked in the booth for the first 5 days of the rally. After work was done, we stayed behind to do a little sight-seeing on the way home. We went to Wyoming and Devils Tower, the BlackHills, and the Badlands. Total trip time: 10 days

30: Sturgis 2011 This years trip started with a 5-day ride through North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and then into South Dakota. The first night we made it as far as Detroit Lakes. We traveled across North Dakota, including a portion of I94 that was almost entirely underwater, to Medora. We camped in Medora in the Theodore Roosevelt National Park. The rain Thursday night created a muddy mess on Friday morning. On Friday, we traveled on to Billings, Montana. We dodged three storms ending with one in Billings that was forming funnel clouds. We attempted to find a hotel room in Billings or a surrounding town to no avail. Thirty-three hotels were booked solid. We found a cozy cabin at a campground in Billings. On Saturday,, we rode up to Red Lodge, Montanan; over Beartooth Pass, thru Cook City, Montana, into Yellowstone National Park and arrived in Cody, Wyoming that night. On Sunday, we decided to spend another day in the Cody area. We rode with a group of people from the KOA campground up the Chief Joseph Highway and then back into Cody. We toured the Buffalo Bill

31: Museum, had a chuckwagon dinner and watched the Cody Rodeo. Monday morning we headed towards Sturgis via the Bighorn Mountains. The next five days were spent working in the booth for the second half of the rally. We trailered the bike home to let Mylo & Patty ride their bike home. Total trip time: 11 days camped 1 night in the tent camped 3 nights in Kozy Kabins | Beartooth Pass - on the border of Wyoming & Montana
