2: WHO AM I??? | I'm Vanessa Bechara, im 12 years old, my birthday is on the 5th of April 2000. I love playing sports,volleyball, kick boxing and go out with family and friends.
3: WHERE I COME FROM AND WHERE HAVE I VISITED? | I am born in Australia,Sydney. I'v visited Lebanon, Melbourne and Queensland.

6: What you believe in and Value? | I am a Catholic Maronite, I believe in god, so much that I always pray everyday and night before i go to school and before i go to sleep. I value my family and friends for when i know their there when i always need help.

12: 5 Coping Strategies | 1. visit or call a friend. 2. clean your room, getting rid of everything that you do not need, and haven't used for years- make a fresh start. 3. drink a glass of water. 4. draw yourself as a cartoon superhero. 5. take some photos of the say outside.
