 Braunfels, Germany

Mary and Shelley spent the day walking around and enjoying Marburg while Brittany was in class.

This was an interesting day. The weather reports said it would rain but we decided to go for a bike ride together to the Rapunzel tower a few towns away anyway. We started the ride and only 30 minutes in, it began to pour! We took shelter under a little shack for awhile and it wasn't letting up so we rode soaking wet to this little B&B but it was closed! The man who owned it was nice enough to let us in and make us coffee while we figured out what to do! We ended up riding to the next town over and taking the train back to Marburg....it was definitely an adventure!

Koblenz, Germany - Deutsches Eck We got lucky because there was a flower show going on this whole weekend so we got to enjoy the gardens! Here are some of the beautiful flowers we saw.

 Around Koblenz

Auf Wiedersehen Deutschland! Bonjour La France!!

The adorable B&B we stayed in St. Denise Le Ferment 46 Rue Guerard

 Giverny, France & Monet's Garden

 Dream Come True...

Vernon, France A small town near Giverny we stopped in to walk around and get a bottle of wine!

We tried to go to a near-by chateau for dinner but we didn't have a reservation! So we went to Gisors...a small town near St. Denise le Ferment

Today we went on a road trip! We set the GPS forDieppe, Seine-Maritime and drove through many small towns and all along the seashore. We ended up in Rouen for the evening where we went shopping and had a lovely dinner at a crepe restaurant.

 Rouen, France

 French Country Side

 Poppies Blooming

Last Day spent in Paris We visted the Musee de l'Orangerie and the Musee d'Orsay to see Monet's beautiful works. Then we had a leisurely lunch in the Tuilerie gardens.
