Not in photo: Priscilla E, Kym F, Nancy K, Robbie R | Seton Edgar B Davis Hospital | Natalie - you were on the Seton OD Team that launched the first Leadership Development Institute. And, then you came back from time-to-time to lead further training adventures for the 20 leaders. Your honest feedback on the learning progress of the attendees was eagerly anticipated and appreciated. Next, you helped launch the Associate Development Institute, training more than 200 associates with True Colors and Team Building exercises - the Mind Field was always a favorite. Every quarter you came back to train the new associates.Your own story as a mother of a very sick baby who spent many weeks at the pediatric hospital in Houston always connected with the caregivers and enhanced their learning experience. Although we are not to have favorite trainers; we worked our schedules around your schedule because we knew that you fit the SEBD culture and brought continuity to the training experience. We are already missing you. A few attendees comments: "Kept it lighthearted. It was great! Was worried about the class but liked it." "It was an exceptional experience." "Loved it. Thanks!" "This was awesome!" "Everything was wonderful & helpful." On a personal note, my heart overflows with gratitude for the opportunity to learn from you. Your easy-going, high energy and engaging teaching style will be missed.I will miss seeing your smiling face and sharing a hug.
