14: How Sweet It is To Be Loved By You! | You welcomed Calista into your home & heart when she was 3 months old in June 2006. She was "high-maintenance" from the very beginning.
15: Lots of character and very little hair. | With two fingers in her mouth at all times, she blossomed into a beautiful, young girl under your guidance.

28: It didn't take long to realize that your caring heart extends beyond just the children -- you became a friend to us parents, as well.
29: No one could feel the blessing of your friendship more than I: at the darkest time in our lives, your generous spirit, prayers, listening ear, and kindness were a source of light for me. And thanks to your wisdom and love, Carina didn't have to feel that this new difference made her different. | I sincerely believe that God doesn't allow tragedy without balancing it with joy. And I sincerely believe that you, Peggy, were part of God's plan. Carina and I lost a father and husband, but our family expanded: you are part of our family.
