"In a year, you grew from a chubby little cherub, to a cheerful, sweet, joyful little girl... You are full of love, life and smiles.
You blessed us with your entrance into this world about 3 weeks early. We were so so excited and shocked to see your dark hair! You were the first baby in our family to be born with brown hair. When the nurse brought you in to me after your first bath, you had the sweetest, tiniest blue bow in your hair. I couldn't get over how cute you were right from the moment you were born. | On September 29, 2008 our family was blessed with you.
 1 week old
"A baby girl... one of the most beautiful miracles in life, one of the greatest joys we can ever know, and one of the reasons why there is a little extra sunshine, laughter and happiness in our world today."
Babies are bits of stardust, blown from the hand of God. -- Barretto
Since you were born, you would hold your chubby little hands together under your chin. You looked like an angel when you slept. At 3 months, you started to knead and wring your hands when you drank your bottle. You looked like a worried, little old grandma. So sweet!
Completely unaware that it was Halloween, you pretty much slept through the festivities as we made you a prop for pictures! You were a cute little cow!
In November, you were full of smiles and began to entertain the world with your charm.
In December, your giggles were sweet and you decided that your brother was very funny! You slept through all of the presents on Christmas, don't worry, we caught you up later!
You got your first two teeth and you LOVED tummy time! What a content baby! | You started rolling over in January. You would work so hard and once you finally flipped, you always had such a big smile on your face!
Five months old... and growing strong! | February
Six months old... Eating yummy baby food And sitting up all by yourself!
March | Three generations have worn this dress, starting with Gamaw, then your mama and now you.
 March 22, 2009
On a sunny spring morning, Parker and Audrey were baptized as children of God. Papa Lefty performed the ceremony with our friends and family present. The ceremony was held at Sanctuary Cove. It was beautiful and meaningful and was a great day in their spiritual lives.
Seven months old You could say "mama", and you always waited for my reaction and then after I would react, you would giggle! You also loved to furrow your brow, make an "O" with your mouth and say "oohh.." You always got a reaction from that one! | April
May Eight Months Old | By 8 months, you were quite the crawler! You were so happy to be able to go where you wanted to go! What a new adventure you had discovered!
As you got older all of that sweet baby brown hair fell out and what grew in was light brown, free-spirited, untame-able fluff! It was adorable, like a baby bird!
At 9 months... You pulled yourself up to standing in your crib. You were standing very proudly when I came in to get you after your nap! | June
In July, we took a trip up to Pinetop to see Papa Lefty. We had a blast!
At 11 months, you could say "moa" (more) "pe" (please), dada and mama, ti-to (tick-tock) and "chee" (cheese)
August was full of fun! Your first Diamondbacks game, lots of birthday parties, you learned to stand up and could also walk with a little help. You also had your first haircut! | You started to do a funny thing...you would look at me, then to your side with a serious look and then turn really quick and say "aahhh!" like to scare us! So funny!
September 29, 2009 Audrey is One!
By age One.... | You had a really long attention span- I liked to say that you had longevity. You would play with a toy or suitcase or box of tea bags for like an hour. You would get super focused and just zone in. You were "so nice", we said it all the time and it was just so true. You were simply a contented, happy baby.
You loved books, and eating and making people laugh. You were the easiest child to make smile because with any attention at all, you were all smiles. And when someone was talking but not to you, you were so serious, like you were in the conversation! | You slept through the night. You blew kisses. You were surrounded by love and you were so lovable! You were you. | Audrey, you are beautiful and silly, focused and joyful, you are a true joy and a beautifully perfect child of God. We love you unconditionally and are incredibly blessed to be your parents. We count you as a blessing every day. Love, Mom and Dad
