4: Food is such a big part of our travel experience. We find fruit,fish, and even the occasional dried insects in the local markets
5: We love to try the local cuisine wherever we find ourselves | Beer on the Charles Bridge in Prague Hershey is dreaming that he caught this fish!!!

7: Push Cart in Singapore | Bike for Sale | Cruising | Would you believe a float plane in Alaska?
8: We've traveled far and wide But always together!!
9: We always enjoy the water whether it is by the glaciers in Alaska, a stream in Virginia, a beach town in Uruguay or the Caribbean
10: Our cruise on the Black Sea was fabulous. We saw Ephesus and Athens as well as Sevastopol and Sochi. Meeting Ralph and Linda was a real bonus!!
12: We have visited the great outdoors
14: We had such a great time hiking in Borneo with Aliza and Natalie
15: While this is not an example of a flower in the wild we still found it quite a beautiful site at the Getty museum in Los Angeles | We traveled to a remote park in Borneo to see this rafflesia flower. It is the largest flower in the world. It was found at the bottom of a deep hole. Really amazing
16: We experienced many aspects of life in Malaysia and Singapore. The countries are a unique blend of Indian and Chinese cultures | The Indian temples were ornate. Every corner was covered with statues of their Gods. | The food in Singapore and Malaysia was fantastic. We ate giant shrimp and hainan chicken in beautiful outdoor markets
18: Our visit to Eastern Europe included visits to Auschwitz, Theresienstadt, Krakow and Budapest.
20: Our trip to Europe was most poignant on the shore of the Danube River in Budapest. Bronze shoes commemorate where Jews were shot and drowned. Only their shoes remained.
21: We also enjoyed the baths in Budapest and wondered at the enormous escalators out of their subway. Even Hershey hesitated to climb these stairs!!
22: Our tour of South Africa was an exciting blend of culture, politics and beautiful wildlife | After a difficult start with Janet's "deportation" to Botswana to add pages to her passport, we enjoyed the beauty of Capetown and the south before heading off on Safari.
23: Sometimes we are struck by the beauty of nature or art
24: Return to Israel | After 23 years we returned to Israel with Bialik Staff. The country had undergone many changes
25: In January 2007, Janet returned to Israel with Leonie and Cathy as part of a group of guidance counselors visited Israel to explore programs available to our students
26: In Lima we stayed at the home of Victor Delfin, a famous artist | Hershey at the end of the world
27: We take every opportunity to climb stairs in Malaysia, mountains in Capetown and lift mountains everywhere
28: We vistied European cities both ancient and modern. Paris, Brugges, Amsterdam, Buenos Aires Barcelona, Istanbul, Athens, Berlin, Krakow, Prague to name a few
31: We love to see animals whether they are on the move or in still life
32: Our stay in Buenos Aires with Myra and Duddy was filled with lots of adventure | Hershey always makes such interesting friends!!
33: Hershey and Duddy always manage to have a great time together. We visited the site of the Olympics where Hershey found a great running shoe. Is it a bit too BIG?
34: The Dwoskins had a fabulous time on their Family Cruise to Alaska
35: We saw the glaciers, hiked, kayaked, biked and snorkeled | We also had great meals and scored big at family trivia
36: We had such a fabulous week in Barcelona with Duddy and Myra. | We spent hours walking on the Ramblas and traveled to Montserrat
37: We visited Gaudi's fabulous buildings
