BC: Good Game
FC: The Lesson of the Soccer Game | GO Harding!
Play Ball! | Finally it is here! The biggest game for each of these players. The winner will bring home the title and pride for their school. Will it be Marion Harding Presidents or the Findlay Wildcats?
Catch their balls! | I'm ready for the biggest game of my life. Colton Rumple and Lance Rice had spent time getting me ready for this moment and how fast they would be coming at me. When the game was about to start, we have a walk on introduction at Crew's stadium. The stadium is completely packed for this big game. Even every scout from Ohio is there watching to see who they can recruit to their school to make their teams better.
 Watch the man backside!!!!
Soccer Rules! | When the game began, Findlay had the ball to start against the to where our team had an advantage the first half. So when I came out I made sure I got everyone fired up to win this game. I was playing goalie as a freshman, so i knew it was going to be a difficult game for not only me, but the whole team. I made sure everyone heard my voice and I also made sure Colton Rumple and Lance Rice would be ready for anything. Darrel Brown had a man to mark, due to him being the best player on Findlay.
 Push out!!!!
After a while, Darrel started to leave his man open and did not listen to me or anyone else on the team. Findlay was getting good shots on me, but I was doing everything in my power to stop the shots and get the ball on the other side of the field. Up top, we pressured the ball greatly and listened. When we got the ball down to their end of the field, we took great shots and actually scored a GOAL! Colton came up with a big shot and hit upper ninety to make the score 1-0 Harding. After that score, we all got fired up besides Darrel, who just didn't seem to want to play anymore. Luckily. after Findlay got some more shots at me, it was halftime.
Soccer | Coming out at halftime, Darrel let his man get past him and Findlay scored. Now with thirty minutes to go in the game and the scored tied 1-1, coach put in Jacob Lester in to take over Darrel's role on the field. At this time, Ian Soule was playing the best game of his life and coach was getting ready to move him to midfield. Findlay came at us quickly, so coach told Ian to wait until the ball was with us and going the other way. While coach was talking, Jacob won the ball and played it to Colton, so Ian moved up to midfield for Tim.
Now, with ten minutes remaining and the score still tied, we were deep in their end getting ready to score when Ian missed a little left. Findlay brought the ball back at me and I made a fantastic save. With a minute to go, I punted the ball to Colton and we went down to try to score. Both sides fought for the ball, until Findlay's defense kicked the ball out of bounds for a corner kick for Harding. Now with less than thirty seconds to go, coach told Jacob to go up and head the ball in. Colton crossed the ball in and with a second to go Jacob headed the ball into the back of the net and SCORED!
 GO HARDING
Jacob had won the game for Harding! Everyone cheered besides Darrel, who was upset because he didn't play the rest of the game. Darrel had learned an important lesson, just because you are a senior or even one of the best players on the team doesn't mean you will play if you don't do your job and what you are told.
