The Sioux people lived in Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota. They didn't write down their language-they made little figures on raw hide. After dinner they told stories about thunderbirds. The Sioux males had to pierce their ears. Instead of using needles they used buffalo horns to sew their clothes.

10: They have many tools to cook with. They used cups, spoons and forks made from horns. The knives got the meat out of buffalo skin. The paintbrushes are to wipe the blood so they don't get a bad taste. The fire is an important part because you have to heat up the food.
