There is a lot of things that you can do in Jacksonville. There is always somewhere you can go hangout with your friends. Lastly, it is a quiet place to live. Jacksonville is located close to Oxford and Anniston. It is a college town. There is a lake that runs through the outskirts of the town. The overall population in Jacksonville is, 12,430. It is close to Anniston, Oxford, and Gadsden. The primary forms of entertainment in this city are, restaurants and the mall so you can go shopping and watch movies. Most people who work in this town are teachers, because there is a college in the middle of the town. The crime in this city is, medium.
 Standard | Living
I am going to live at 720 Lynn Drive SE, Jacksonville Alabama. The rent for this apartment is three hundred fifty three dollars per month. In order to move in, I will need to pay, $353 for a one room security deposit. Some features of this apartment are, parking, carpet, on-site maintenance, electricity, package receiving, and public transportation. Other bills I will have to pay for are, cable, phone, and Internet.
This apartment comes with central air conditioning, a refrigerator, central heat, extra storage, washer/dryer connections, dishwasher and window coverings. I had to purchase things such as a washer and dryer, a television, chairs, a kitchen table, end tables, a nightstand, a dresser, a set of pots, pans, cups, bowls, and silverware, bed sheets, a laundry basket, and towels. I had a graduation gift of $2000 from my parents. Five-hundred five dollars and four cents was added back into my budget. The majority of the funds were spent on, furniture and appliances. Some of my priorities in furnishing this apartment were, to get nice things for my self so I would feel comfortable when I get home from work. I didn't really have to do without anything. I got everything that I needed and wanted!
Transportation | At this point in the project I can afford a car. I have chosen a 2014 Ford Taurus as my form of transportation. This car cost $26,780.I will pay $431.29 a month for 72 months. I chose this car because, it gives me a reliable type of transportation. It can get me to and from work. The car can help me get to my family in emergencies.
 Grocery List
My total grocery bill for this month was $157 with $8 taken off in coupons. I purchased items in the following categories health in this category I spent $57, for the dinner and lunch category I spent $26, in the deli category I spent $22 and finally in the other category I spent $57. A majority of my funds were spent in the other and health category because, some of the things I needed didn't fit under the other categories. I believe this will be sufficient in feeding and taking care of my needs for a month. After completing this grocery list I learned that buying groceries isn't as easy as it looks and a lot of products cost more money than I expected them to be.
 Entertainment and Miscellaneous Items
After paying all of my monthly bills, I have $1,299.32. I put $100.00 in savings because if I ever need money I have some stored. In home maintenance I put in $50 so I would have money if something broke. Then I put $300 in Vehicle Maintenance if my car ever tears up I will have money to cover it. I inserted $20 into the fast food for the nights that I have a late night at work then I could just run by a fast food place and get something. For hair/salon service or haircut I put in $50 so when I need a haircut I can get one. For entertainment I added $150 so when I'm off work I can do things with friends or family. For clothing I put in $200 to make sure I have enough money for my clothing. And finally I put in $100 for shoes because you can never have to many shoes! After making allocations for this section my final budget total is $129.32.
