2: Parts: | The Major parts of the human skeletal system include cartilage, joints, and approximately 206 bones.
3: Function of the system: | The function of the skeletal system is to hold up the body, and to enable us to get around, with the help of the muscular system.
4: Ways to care for your skeletal system: | One way to care for your skeletal system is to consume lots of calcium. Calcium makes the bones stronger and healthier. Another thing is to get plenty of iron, so you can be plenty strong.
5: Diseases: | A few diseases your skeletal system can get is bursitis, which causes pain in the body's joints, osteoporosis, which causes loss of bone tissue, sprains, which is an injury to a ligament or joint, and fractures, which is a break in the bone. These aren't close to all of them, simply some of the more known ones.
