2: 1947: The Seabee gold veins were discovered by prospectors. | June 1983: BEC International Corp., owned by Bill MacNeill and family, acquired Claude Resources Inc. | May 1984: Claude Resources Inc. acquired the Seabee gold property. | June 1985: Company signed a joint venture agreement with Placer Development Ltd. for development of the Seabee property. | March 26, 1990: Claude Resources Inc. marked its 10th anniversary. | August 1990: Claude contracted with Orocon Inc. to supply and install the Seabee mill. | December 6, 1991: The Company achieved commercial gold production | Seabee Gold Operation History
3: October 1995: Claude Resources Inc. became Saskatchewan's largest gold producer, producing over 200,000 ounces of gold. | 2001: Tenth complete year of production at the Seabee Mine. 530,000 ounces of gold in the first 10 years of production. | 2003: Claude Resources began trading its common stock on the American Stock Exchange (AMEX) under the ticker symbol CGR. | January 2011: Santoy 8 Mine reached commercial production. | 2011: New discoveries were made at the Seabee Gold Operation including the L62 and Santoy Gap. | August 7, 2012: The Company pours the 1 millionth ounce of gold at the Seabee Gold Operation.
5: The Seabee Gold Mine is named after the amphibious aircraft that the prospectors used to fly into the area when they made the discovery.

10: The Seabee shaft and hoist was installed in 1997 and extended down 395 metres. In 2012 the shaft will be extended to 980 metres below surface.
13: Bill MacNeill, the Company's Chairman and Leader for 25 years, retired on April 30, 2005.
16: New discoveries were made at the Seabee Gold Operation in 2011 including the L62 and Santoy Gap. These discoveries added to the reserve and resource base, growing the inferred base by 236%, and growing the total ounces to 1.3 million.
18: 1990 Reserve & Resource: Reserve: 1,142,000 tonnes grading 0.40 ounces of gold per tonne. Resource: 1,000,000 tonnes grading 0.30 ounces of gold per tonne. | 2012 Reserve & Resource: Reserve: 2,059,900 tonnes grading 0.19 ounces of gold per tonne. Resource: 4,604,100 tonnes grading 0.23 ounces of gold per tonne.
