FC: Maintaining weight nutrition plan | By:Austin Booth, and Amory Baudoux

1: Kirby Starfish | Height: 6 foot 0 inches Weight:180 pounds Age:18 years of age

2: Day One | Breakfast: One glass of milk, two pieces of toast, two boiled eggs, One orange. Lunch: Two ham and cheese sandwiches, one protein bar, a 16 oz Sprite, two cheese sticks. Dinner: Baked fish, medium salad (little dressing), baked potato (w/ cheese and bacon bits), a tall glass of water.

3: Day Two | Breakfast: two servings of fruit loops with milk (2%), oatmeal bar. Lunch: Chicken sandwich, side salad, 20 oz Gatorade, one apple. Dinner: three slices of domino's pizza, two 16 oz bottles of root beer.

4: Day Three | Breakfast: Oatmeal, two oranges, 16 oz glass of milk. Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, Mashed potato's (w/ gravy), 22 oz water. Dinner: 16 oz steak (ribeye, medium rare), steamed vegetables (broccoli, carrots, asparagus).

5: Day Four | Breakfast: Omelet (ham cheese and tomato), 16 oz orange juice. Lunch: 2 hot dogs, a small bag of potato chips, and also a 20 oz V8 drink. Dinner:(goes to Mexican restaurant) has an appetizer of chips and queso, and fajitas, and a 16 oz Coca~Cola.

6: Day 5 | Breakfast: (home made) two breakfast burritos, Oatmeal bar, glass of milk, apple Lunch: A sandwich, side of fries, two cookies, 16 oz sweet tea Dinner: large salad, mashed potato with cheese and bacon bits, half a liter of sprite.

7: Day 6 | Breakfast: Peanut butter waffles w/ raisin, medium glass of milk, one orange. (500 caloies) Lunch: Chicken sandwich w/ lettuce and tomato, orange kool-aid Dinner: Lobster, side salad (no dressing), 16oz water.

9: Exercise Plan | Monday: 2hr football practice, 20 min cardio, 30 min weight lifting Tuesdays: 30 min cardio, 40 min weight lifting Wednesday: 30 min cardio, 40 weight lifting Thursday:2hr football practice, 20 min cardio, 30 min weight lifting Friday: 30 min cardio, 40 min weight lifting Saturday: 2hr football game, 2 mile run Sunday: 30 min cardio, 40 min weight lifting
