FC: Willmore Family Kiel Gretchen Caleb Parker | Est. August 18, 2007
Courting Sept '07 to June '08 | It all started with that date to Park City two weeks after we met in our ward at Branbury. We held hands a few weeks later while star gazing and could never stay apart for too long after that. We went to BYU's homecoming, boating, snowmobiling, and lots of weddings!
Special thanks to Mary Petramalo for taking our pictures!
We tied the eternal knot on August 18, 2007 at the Jordan River Temple in the presence of our closest family and friends. Some of those who attended were Grandma & Grandpa Petramalo & Herron, Grandma Ray & Willmore, Mom & Dad Willmore & Petramalo, Joseph & mIndy, Jana & Bret, Zundels, Hitchcocks, Hintons, Christy & Levi, Sue, McCurdys, Mills...just to name a few! After the wedding there was a luncheon held in our honor.
Rob and Suzie spent dozens of hours getting their backyard ready for our reception. And it was perfect. Sunset with white lights draping the landscaping. Tons of friends and family came to wish us congrats and good luck. My sweet family made and served 2 layered sheet cakes, nuts, reception punch, cheese & crackers, and blue m&ms for refreshments. My wedding colors were periwinkle blue, silver, black, and white. Elegant yet simple. Everything was perfect and we are forever grateful for the time and support lent to us by our wonderful families. Thank you!!!
Honeymooning For our honeymoon we spent our first night at the Anniversary Inn in SLC then headed out to San Diego, CA. While we were there we lounged on the beach building sand castles, ate yummy food, went to sea world and the zoo, and window shopped. We also got to visit the beautiful San Diego Temple. The celestial room was indescribably breath-taking. The perfect way to start our marriage.
 Fun Times
First comes Love, then comes Marriage, then comes the Baby in a baby carriage!
Caleb Kiel Willmore joined our family on Mother's Day, May 11, 2008 at 9:59am weighing 8 lbs 4 ounces and was 21 inches long. He was a perfect gift from heaven.
Our summer of '09 was spent in Matsumoto, Japan. Kiel wrote newspaper articles and Caleb and I spent our days with the Igarashis- the Japanese family we stayed with. Our experience in Japan is one I will never forget. The cultural differences, the food, scenery, parks, and people were something so different its hard to imagine unless you experienced it. At first it was hard never wearing shoes in the house and learning all the polite ways to act and speak but then I started to realize the level of respect that came with their traditions. The food was interesting but delicious, unless it was raw. The parks and scenery were beautiful and green and unaffected by American paranoia and politics. And the people were so kind and shy it was easy to feel accepted there. One of our favorite things there was their "pan" selection...melon pan, cream stuffed pan...yummy! Most days Caleb and I would walk down the road to meet Kiel coming home from work and walk him the rest of the way. Kiel and I had lots of fun attending the special work dinners where 3 or 4 courses would be served. Touring Kyoto and Tokyo was amazing too! Especially the hotels we stayed in :) It was so neat to tour the temples and shrines and the festivals were so fun! We even got to model for a fashion show!
Parker Michael Willmore Parker joined our family on July 5, 2010 at 11:59pm. He weighed 7lbs 6 ounces and was 19 inches long. He has been such a blessing in our home and to our family.
Our first halloween Caleb was a pumpkin and Kiel and I were ninjas. Our second halloween Caleb was a giraffe. Our third halloween we were a ninja family. Our fourth halloween Caleb was a train, Parker was a backwoodsman, Kiel was bush (lots of branches and twigs taped all over him) and I was Cheney (I had a big chain draped around my neck). We get more creative every year! Caleb and I made his train costume in 20 minutes and it won the "most original" award at the ward party!
 Our Boys Caleb & Parker
Family We are so blessed to have our little family to love and learn with here on earth. I am excited for future additions to our family as we continue to grow throughout eternity. I love you Kiel, Caleb, and Parker!
