S: The Paradoxical Breakthrough of Revelation; interpreting the divine-human interplay in Paul Tillich's works, 1913-1964
BC: to be continued...
FC: since April 8, 2004 | C A M J A M | To Jamie, my fist wife. Valentine's Day 2012
I do not love you as if you were salt-rose, or topaz, or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off. I love you as certain dark things are to be loved. In secret, between the shadow and the soul. I love you as the plant that never blooms but carries in itself the light of hidden flowers; thanks to your love, a certain solid fragrance, risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body. I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride; so I love you because I know no other way than this: where I does not exist, nor you. so close that your hand on my chest is my hand, so close that your eyes close as I fall asleep. | I love you for who you are in Christ and for who I am when I am with you. You make me better. Cam
H O W W E M E T | We met on the campus of the University of South Carolina - Sumter. We both attended the Baptist Collegiate Ministry (BCM) which met once a week. It was love at first sight. She had a body like you just don't see any more...jaw-dropping curves. I immediately began imagining what it would be like to spend my life with her. I could take her on vacations to other towns and states. It would even be a thrill just to take her around town and show her off! She was really something. Then, I met Jamie...the girl who owned this awesome car!
D A T I N G | If I...(hang on...girly font) If I had to describe the time we dated in one word it would be FUN! While all the other couples were partying or eating at tablecloth restaurants... we were geo-caching, or watching a 3-D kids movie at Riverbanks Zoo. Nothing beats a CAMJAM day! | Just as I was drawn to you by your sweet ride, you were drawn to me by, lets face it, my luxurious locks. Just like your dad drew your mom in...you couldn't resist the fro.
I must say I was a little nervous when you were around. I mean,... <------------------- look at you! I remember more than a few occasions where I went into Simpson's to purchase a single 5/16" wingnut just to see you. I wasn't too obvious was I? | D A T I N G

 Lunch is better with you.
Psalms 5:11-12 But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you. For you bless the righteous, O LORD; you cover him with favor as with a shield.

Our Baby | That was one mad puppy!
Belize, C.A. | Our trip to Belize was so awesome and unforgettable. We stayed in Corozal for 10 days as we assisted in the construction of several school buildings and shared Jesus with locals. We spent the final 2 days of our trip in San Pedro. Here, we experienced ultimate relaxatio, the beauty of the beach, and snorkeling. | .............................................. | 7. 1 0. 2 0 0 6
Edisto River | ................................ | 9. 1 6. 2 0 1 1 | We were pretty lucky with the weather on our trip. The water was a little low, which meant one of us getting out and pulling the canoe over sandbars. But the whole trip was a blast and the treehouse was nicer than some hotels.
Jamie got her first true outhouse experience, the hammock was comfortable, and we built a roaring campfire. We only encountered one gator, but saw lots of other wildlife...fish, birds, otters, and a snake or two. "Carry me to safety" -Jme
mushy gushy stuff | I can remember wondering from time to time what my wife would be like and what being married would be like. It's strange something that seemed so foreign and distant has become the most comfortable and natural thing in my life. You are more perfect for me than I would have ever imagined and I love being married to you. You are an awesome wife! God has blessed you with tremendous talent and I am excited to see how else He will use you. I want to always point you towards Jesus, our rock and our Redeemer. I pray that we can focus on God's will throughout our marriage so that when we are old, we can rejoice in what He has done. "He who goes out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with him." -Psalm 126:6
Thanks for being my armor-bearer. Love always, Cam
