BC: The most important things in life are your friends, family, health, good humor, and a positive attitude towards life. If you have these, then you have everything!

 Sail Away Party!
We enjoyed watching beautiful Seattle disappear, as we had drinks on the aft deck; and then crazy drunk Melissa started pawing at Travis. Poor girl was nuttier than squirrel poop.
A full schedule of activities, that includes beautiful ocean views!

Having fun on the ship: high tea, enjoying deck views, watching shows, and relaxing by the pool.
 Mendenhall Glacier, Juneau, AK
Glacier Flightseeing by Floatplane: The grandeur of Alaska thrilled and delighted us on this unforgettable flightseeing tour. We departed from Juneau's waterfront and flew past waterfalls and lush green rain forests. We saw five different glaciers that cover 1,500-square-miles of the Juneau icefield. The Taku Glacier is the widest. It is five miles at its base, and is the only glacier that is advancing and not retreating.

Formal Nights | An officer joined our table one night for dinner. He shared interesting stories and bought us several bottles of wine. It was a very fun night!
Relaxing in the ship's hot tub at Hubbard Glacier. Boiling in a tub with the sounds of glacial calving in the distance. So cool! | Hubbard Glacier is 76 miles long. It is the longest glacier in Alaska, with an open calving face over 6 miles wide.
WYummy | With a name like "Orca Corn," it's gotta be good.
 Crabs! Crabs! Crabs!
So many good memories on the ship: from the beautiful lounge areas, to the fantastic food. The shows were fun and the sights from the ship were beautiful. Grandma enjoyed the kitchen tour, we enjoyed relaxing in the spa, and Janet disappeared to the casino several times. An officer even sat at our table one night! He bought us drinks and told interesting stories.
 Watch out for bears!
The weather in Sitka started out nice, but then it rained on and off. We took the Ultimate Adventure Combo: Volcano Exploration by Ocean Raft & 4x4, while Janet and grandma experienced the Fortress of the Bear & Sea Otter Quest. In Sitka we also met Bianca at the Fur Gallery, and she made a pair of slippers for me and Joe; beaver with crystal fox trim. So beautiful, soft, and warm!

 Majestic Bald Eagles
There are interesting animals everywhere. Bald eagles and harbor seals were seen from our ship. Even the bars and stores had some interesting animals, but those were stuffed and mounted!
Victoria was a beautiful city. We met some guys and took a five mile hike around the city. From the beautiful docks to the Parliament building illuminated with lights. We even made it to China Town and saw the narrowest street in all of Canada. (Sounds more interesting than it was. Wonk-Wonk)
