1: Touring the Campus, 2007 | Eric was very set on going to a large university. He wanted to see Division 1 sports. He did just that at West Virginia University. 2: The Towers at WVU Freshman Dorms Brooke Hall

3: Freshman Dorms. Brooke Hall | WVU was founded in 1867. Woodburn Hall (above) is the centerpiece of the campus. It opened with 122 students and 274 books. This building was built in 1875. By 1897 women were being admitted to all departments. Current enrollment is about 22,000 undergraduates. | ampus scenery

4: Freshman Dorms. Brooke Hall | The PRT opened in 1975. It connects the main campus and the evandale campus. Fifteen thousand people use the PRT every day during the school year. Since it opened in 1975, over 60,000,000 people have ridden the PRT. | ampus Highlights

5: Freshman Dorms. Brooke Hall | Since 1975, the PRT has ridden 22, 000, 000 miles.. Seventy Three cars make up the fleet. They are built on a Dodge truck chassis. They can travel up to 30 MPH. Each car holds up to 20 riders. | P | ersonal Rapid Transit | During the PRT cram in 2000, 97 people squeezed themselves into one vehicle.

6: West Virginia Football was a big part of the social life. Eric enjoyed most games. | ootball

8: Although they didn't have the best record while Eric was at WVU, the games were still great!! | The Student Section was obvious. The students always were decked out in bright yellow.

9: TAILGATING WEST VIRGINIA STYLE

10: HOME SWEET HOME? | Beer Pong Anyone | Did you lose a pair of sneakers??

11: 649 Spruce Street, Morgantown, West Virginia | Home away from home. Thank God!!

12: The Mountainlair inside and out. A great place to socialize, eat and relax. Some even study and learn here! | WVU "Up All Night" is a program designed to provide a safe environment for WVU students to socialize during weekends. The Mountainlair has hosted "Up All Night" every Thursday through Saturday during the fall and spring semesters since 1998.

13: The Mountainlair, commonly called "the Lair" by students, is the three-floor student union building at West Virginia University. The current building dates to 1968 and replaced an earlier structure built in 1948. The Mountainlair is also the site of American sculptor Donald De Lue's 1971 statue The Mountaineer, a bronze representation of West Virginia University's Mountaineer mascot.

14: A friend is someone who knows the song in your heart and can sing it back to you when you have forgotten the words.
