FC: History of My Hobby | By Kevin
When I was really little we used to live in an apartment complex in New York. Our one neighbor in the building we lived in had a Sega Genesis. | I used to go over to his apartment and play Sonic the Hedgehog with him.
I didn't get anything to play my own games on to a few years later when we got our house in New York. My family was friends with another family in our neighborhood and the daughter in that family was was a avid gamer. She had two Gameboy color's a regular one and a Pokemon addition one and she gave me the Pokemon one which I still use today to play Pokemon Blue. | This is exactly like mine except mine is yellow.
I didn't get my first gaming system until i was 7 or 8. I got a ps2 for Christmas along with two games. I got ATV V.S MX, and Jack and Dexter the Precursor Legacy. After awhile my ps2 broke and I got it fixed and got a ps2 slim. Which I later gave to my cousins when i got my ps3. | This is the fat version of the ps2 which is what I originally had
I also started playing games on the computer around the time I got my ps2. I remember the big ones I like were a Hotwheels game, Age of Empires 2, and the Backyard Sports games.
The next thing I got was back in the handheld market. I got a Gameboy Advanced SP when I was 10 or 11. I dont really remember what games I played on it but I do remember I played pokemon on it. | Mine looked like this except it was black.
The next one isn't technically mine but my brother never plays it and I do. I think it was the year it came out my brother got a Wii.
Which brings us to nowadays. It was 1 to 2 years ago I bought myself a ps3. Which in my opinion is the best of the next gen gaming systesms (although i'm biased because i'm a Sony fanboy). Even though my ps3 is currently broken so I can't play it. | This is a PS3 slim, which is the newer version of what I have.
The last thing that I have gotten would be the FC Twin. The FC Twin is really cool because it is one system that plays games from two old school systems. It plays NES and SNES games. Which means that I can the old 8 bit and 16 bit games that I missed. | NES | SNES | FC Twin
