Vengeful Creditor - Page Text Content

This book is dedicated to all the children out there whose families cannot afford for them to go to school

Once upon a time, there was a grumpy middle aged upper class woman named Mrs. Emnike. All Mrs. E did was complain and complain and complain about her servants leaving her to receive free primary education. Mrs. E complained to everyone she knew! She even complained to the sales clerk when she was at the local grocery store!

Later that day when Mrs. E returned home, she began to complain again! This time Mrs. E complained to her husband, Mr. E. Free primary education was affecting her life negatively and she was to have nothing of it!

Back in a nearby village, lived a poor young girl named Veronica. Everyone in Veronica's village called her Vero for short. Free primary education was taken away from Vero months before and she was now left helping her mother take care of her younger siblings and doing household duties. Vero still maintained her dream that someday she would be back in school learning, she just didn't know how it would happen for her yet.

The following day, Vero saw a brand new classy car drive up to her house. A middle aged man came out of the car and went inside the house to speak with Vero's mother.

That man was Mr. E. He began to speak with Vero's mother about Vero coming to help his family take care of their newborn baby. Vero's mother agrees. Mr.E mentions the possibility of Vero attending school once the baby grows up. Vero's mother seems doubtful, though Vero believes what Mr. E says, as she secretly listens in.

As Vero is about to leave with Mr. E to her new life outside the village, Vero's mother reminds her to stay true to herself and never believe she is lesser then anything or anyone.

That evening, Vero and Mr.E arrive at the Emnike household to find Mrs. E yelling at her newly hired servants.

Vero settled into her new home well, though she couldn't help but look through the window at the school nearby and remember her dreams of receiving an education.

As time went on, Vero began to grow frustrated that she was not attending school. Vero began to think of ways to make the baby she was caring for grow faster. Ideas like stretching the baby and force feeding it passed through Vero's mind. There was no telling how far she would go.

Later that week Mrs. E found Vero playing with a red pen and putting the red ink on her lips. Mrs. E out of anger lied to Vero and said it was poisonous.

As weeks continued to pass, Vero grew increasingly impatient with what little progress the baby had made. Vero quickly grabbed the red ink out of the drawer and fed it to the baby. What Vero did not notice was that Mrs.E was just walking in the door behind her.

Immediately Mrs. E realized that Vero was attempting to poison the baby. Vero was kicked out of the Emnike household and was told that she would never have the chance to get an education again!
